The location couldn't be better – within easy reach of restaurants and stores. Furthermore, a convenient free bus service operates around the downtown area, providing easy access to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom

The only disappointment during the stay was the breakfast service. Half an hour before the end time, several items like bread, yogurt, and pancakes were no longer replenished. This left only omelets, sausages, orange juice, coffee, apples, and oranges available.

The location is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. A breakfast buffet was served every day with a variety of choices (hot and cold.) The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The airconditioning was not functioning as well which made the room hotter than I would have liked. This was a temporary problem which hopefully now has been fixed. However, the temperature in the room cannot be individually controlled as the thermostats do not work which could mean it's colder/hotter than ideal. The hot water in the shower could not be turned on without first getting wet with cold water which is also not ideal.

Judging by the reviews I guess I arrived in time to a fixed AC. When checking in they did tell us it was central and we couldn't change the temp but could ask for a fan of we needed one which we didn't, I was actually cold most of the time. I'm from Chicago so you tell how much I can handle the heat and cold. Room was nice and small, I had a one queen bed room so it was enough space that I needed. The view out our window was nice. Would stay here again.

Well located hotel in down town Denver close to State capital building and various museums. Turns out to be originally built as the "poor wing extension" of the Browns Place hotel...a rather sumptuous appointed old style Denver hotel with great history best viewed on Wikipedia. Its entrance atrium is worth the walk across the road alone. There's a decent pub and a cigar bar located within, so you needn't leave the area. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was basic but serviceable. Denver Union station was a free bus ride away (Mall hopper, not hotel shuttle) and from there its $ 10 by train to the airport.

Not much at the price, but it wouldn't have been anything special unless it had been directly connected to Browns next door.

The 24/hour fresh ground coffee machine was an amazing amenity, it was great to come in after a long day and have a cup of cocoa or start the day with a great cup of coffee. It was a big improvement on value for my stay.

Everything was great, the rooms were a little cold but this was due to a temporary climate control repair and my expectations were managed by the staff.

The front desk lady was literally the sweetest person ever I hate I forgot her name but she works day shift during the week and she was the most accommodating and not to mention extremely protective knowing that I traveled to Denver by myself …..

No complaints what so ever actually another highlight of this property I do not eat pork due to my religious belief and the hotel provided Turkey sausage for breakfast which literally made my day

Breakfast was very good, enough variety to have something different each day. Front desk staff were very nice and extremely helpful giving directions to get around town and where to go. We arrived late at night and staff was aware of our late arrival and prepared for us. Hotel is secure, have to use key to get in and out of entrance and elevator. Walking distance to 16th st.

Rooms were very small, but that is expected in a city. Could not adjust room temperature. We prefer to sleep cooler and we were a bit hot.

I loved the breakfast. There was also one staff member (don't know her name) who was pleasant not only with hotel guests, but even with the mailman who was only there for a brief moment.

Some of the front desk staff acted like they really did not want to help and we had trouble getting more towels because the housekeepers kept skipping our room. The walls are also very thin, so we could hear guests in the rooms around us late into the night . The air and heat didn't seem to work well.

Close to Denver Amtrak and easy direct shuttle access. Ryan finally acknowledged how messed up your Website is for hotel phone information. Good thing i had More patience that day

The remote should have a note: Press ‘1’ for channel guide. The TV was not responding each time I press GUIDE button On the remote! Tech said to press 1, bec Guide button will not work!!! Wt?. I originally requested a new set of good batteries!

The staff was amazing, They were there for everything above and beyond.

The only thing I do suggest is more variety with the breakfast options. Me and my family spent a total of 5 days and every day it was almost the same items so it was just really repetitive and not enough options.
