Nice and clean hotel, ok neighbourhood, just a bit outside of business center/financial district, but just 10-15min walk. Very healthy breakfast with a lot of fruit, just a pitty that you need to pay additional for the continental breakfast. Normal breakfast was only fruits, croissant, hard cooked egg and some yoghurt.

The suite and balcony were both large and made for a very comfortable stay! The air could be controlled both in the living room and bedroom. Which was a wonderful feature as my boyfriend could keep our room at the temp he wanted for sleeping and we could keep the temp in the living room warmer for me to thaw out in the am. The hotel restaurant was delicious, the cocktails were wonderful, the service from the hotel staff was exceptional.

The water pressure felt a bit like showering with a hose. The water took a long time to get warm. The toilet ran for quite a long time after each flush. And the tvs are a bit outdated so you cant watch streaming channels. All minor things but thats why id rate this a very good stay vs an exceptional stay. The mini fridge froze our all our leftovers.

I really loved staying at the Warwick, which is a spacious and very comfortable hotel with an interesting history having been a Playboy club at one point, which is reflected in fun pictures throughout the building. Everything really was excellent, from the size of the rooms to the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The only downside was how long it took for hot water to come through the taps. I assume because the building is quite old I had to run the taps for five minutes before getting hot water.

This place was above and beyond! The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a great view. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Breakfast exceeded expectations, super delicious with plenty of options, and the servers there were amazing, attentive, and kind. I’d definitely stay here again.

I expected the room to be cleaner. I found an artificial nail on the floor, which was clearly left behind by a previous guest. One of the towels had an unpleasant smell, and I had to wash my face again after using it—though it was just that one towel. Additionally, the coffee maker had hair inside it, but when I requested a replacement, the staff responded quickly and replaced it without hesitation. The staff overall were very helpful and accommodating. Although room service accidentally discarded my food bag, the front desk handled the situation professionally and resolved it smoothly.

Cannot beat the price for what you get with this hotel. Rooms are spacious and quiet, huge balconies that you cannot find at most modern hotels. We didn't use the rooftop pool due to some poor weather, but went to look anyways and it would have been spectacular had the sun come out. The restaurant Gattara downstairs serves up some delicious Italian cuisine for a great price at dinner, and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. Location is great, only a quick drive or a moderate walk to Larimer Square or Union Station, the mall, and trendy areas for shopping.

Our room did not have anything close to hot water so we had to suffer through a cold shower. Suites could be equipped with a microwave, a throw blanket, and 2 wine glasses for added comfort to enjoy the balcony and living room better.

Front staff was very unprofessional the two ladies in the front seat yesterday morning when I asked about the free breakfast they said I was supposed to use the coupon not once during both check in was that mentioned nor did they try to at least apologize for not letting me know it was pretty much tough luck. Sent me on my way they did not ask how my stay was. The biggest issue was that i guess to access the pool I needed a different key I would not known that if I had not talked to some other guest there to access that I’m not sure why that was available at check in . I think the site manager I was most definitely bothered with she should have better customer service

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem it was fixed almost immediately. The list of television channels was in alphabetical order - why don't other places do that? There was plenty of lighting in the room. We had a large balcony but didn't use it because of several days of snow. It was the same for the outdoor pool. We were doubtful about staying here because of other reviews, mostly about the breakfasts which are provided by a restaurant. However, they now provide a hot buffet, which was very good.

There didn't seem to be anywhere in the bathroom to hang towels.

Everything I was going to like about the property I didn’t get to use because everything shut down so early. The room was meticulous and I love that they have a shower room and a bathtub room and a balcony.

I didn’t like that everything closed so early. I don’t like that. The bedding was not quality at all. It was just a blanket covered with a duvet. There was no down comforter. The lighting was good, but the valet service was not good and then when you pay a lot for a room and ask for late checkout on a holiday, especially when there is nobody else there I think they could splurge for a couple hours instead of giving me 45 minutes considering I didn’t show up until almost 9 the night before

Warwick Review I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. I would have given them 10 stars if they didn’t change the breakfast continental menu. Pros: Great location Relaxing and warm swimming on the Penthouse or rooftop They clean the room daily A pianist playing music was therapeutic Cons: They changed the breakfast into a basic cold food that can easily be grabbed at any grocery. They removed customized scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and tomatoes, which were the highlights of the breakfast.

Decent amenities and suitable location. Like the restaurant/bar and the rooftop pool space. Decent room with spacious balcony.

Be prepared to wait…a lot. Between the elevators and valet, it can take *over* twenty minutes to get out of the building. (No exaggeration.) Not sure why only one valet is on duty even during peak times (i.e. 11am Sunday). Not sure why the only two front desk staff on duty are *both* required to help each guest when the line is growing…and growing. As a grown-ass man, I don’t like having to sign a no-guest policy agreement, *especially* when I am not expecting one. Housekeeping is bare minimum. TIP: The parking ramp next door is cheaper and you don’t have to waste time waiting for a valet to appear at the stand.
