Nice and clean hotel, ok neighbourhood, just a bit outside of business center/financial district, but just 10-15min walk. Very healthy breakfast with a lot of fruit, just a pitty that you need to pay additional for the continental breakfast. Normal breakfast was only fruits, croissant, hard cooked egg and some yoghurt.

additional cost for continental breakfast, staff behind reception could have been a bit more friendly/charming. Sometime a bit too much of cannabis smell in the hallway towards my room :-(

The Warwick is a beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff was excellent, helpful, and knowledgeable. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection of fruits, yogurts, cold cuts, and spreads, but the bread wasn't always fresh, which was a shame. The TV was broken on my first night, due to an issue with the receiver, but was resolved promptly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Warwick and would recommend to friends.

My bathroom could have done with a deep clean, especially on the floors and little crevices, but otherwise the room was airy, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a good selection but on some days, the bread selection felt a little stale like it had been sitting out for a day, which was a shame.

Staff were very helpful & responsive. Location was better than I expected! Bar staff great, reception staff great, concierge, housekeeping - all really fantastic! Breakfast was great - loved the fresh fruit.

n/a -...well.. actually, throughout my 8 day stay, the breakfast staff were kind of surly ... especially the 'team leads/room supervisors'.. not hugely welcoming, more begrudging...appeared slightly 'inconvenienced', and pretty slow on the coffee & water offering - I really value my caffeine before i eat, not when I'm half way through breakfast!!

Room was large and comfortable with a balcony. Breakfast was included with our room price and was very good, although they served the same food every morning. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. The rooftop pool was relaxing and heated. Convenient location for area sites like the capitol, museums, sporting events, etc.

Hard to reach anyone by phone at the reception desk. No microwave in the room. Same food was served each morning for breakfast with no variety. Overall the hotel room was very expensive. There are lots of homeless people in the area and it felt a little unsafe walking around at night and in the early morning. Valet parking only and the cost is $45 per day. We chose to find an alternate garage a block away that was much more reasonably priced.

Great location, clean room/linens, amazing Continental breakfast, daily free bottled water provided, AC worked well, excellent friendly and very efficient staff. We specifically needed a separate bedroom with a closing door and this place provided it in the Premier Suite. There was ample street parking over night while we were there and we left in the mornings so we didn't have to pay for valet parking which was a great savings. We liked not being right in the heart of down town, but super close to everything. We like to walk so everything felt within walking distance for us.

The sofa bed mattress was TERRIBLE- super thin, sloped so you were laying at an angle, squeaky every time you moved. Not a fan of the Playboy art work throughout the room either.

Our king room at the Warwick was incredibly spacious with a huge balcony. The front desk staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was well stocked with fresh fruit, smoothies, pastries, cheeses, and meats. The restaurant staff during breakfast was particularly fantastic, all of the servers are SO attentive and nice.

Despite the welcome packet saying the pool bar was open daily from 11-6, it was closed the whole time of our stay. They have a strict "no outside food and drink" policy at the pool..... but then don't have the bar open. They also really skimp on the provided room toiletries. In an incredibly dry state like Colorado, please give us some body lotion.

The suite and balcony were both large and made for a very comfortable stay! The air could be controlled both in the living room and bedroom. Which was a wonderful feature as my boyfriend could keep our room at the temp he wanted for sleeping and we could keep the temp in the living room warmer for me to thaw out in the am. The hotel restaurant was delicious, the cocktails were wonderful, the service from the hotel staff was exceptional.

The water pressure felt a bit like showering with a hose. The water took a long time to get warm. The toilet ran for quite a long time after each flush. And the tvs are a bit outdated so you cant watch streaming channels. All minor things but thats why id rate this a very good stay vs an exceptional stay. The mini fridge froze our all our leftovers.

I really loved staying at the Warwick, which is a spacious and very comfortable hotel with an interesting history having been a Playboy club at one point, which is reflected in fun pictures throughout the building. Everything really was excellent, from the size of the rooms to the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The only downside was how long it took for hot water to come through the taps. I assume because the building is quite old I had to run the taps for five minutes before getting hot water.

Pros: the restaurant is amazing. Really close to doors field and zoo depending on what you are coming for. Nice rooftop pool. Room seemed clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: no fitted sheets on the bed just regular sheets. The shower diverted is broken. Very hard to turn into a shower from bath. Lots of noise later at night in the hallway (sounded like a couple just very obnoxious drunk guys though so it may not be a regular thing) and constant police or firetruck sirens were going by all hours of the night. Only paid parking. Either valet or the parking garage next door.

One of the highlights for me was definitely the location. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Moreover, the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable.

unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the price. While the location was great and the amenities were decent, I found the hotel to be too expensive for what it offered.
