Staff was accommodating with holding bags. Housekeeping ensured we had access to daily room servicing if we wanted it and provided fresh towels daily. Location was walking distance to venue. Location was easy to access city transit system. Manager allowed for extended stay for a friend at the rate paid.

I have never stayed at a days Inn or a motel. I wasn't aware we were overpaying until my roommate made me aware the room is valued at about $75 a night instead of what I paid... The first night was very loud, outside, in the parking lot. We found it very difficult to sleep.

The location is great, clean & spacious rooms

door key card stopped working on multiple occasions during the stay. The last time at 2A.M. and I had to pee so bad and ended up having to go back downstairs to have them reprogram my key card while I was in agony hoping I did not pee myself in the lobby. That was rather inconvenient. Only other negative was the coffee provided in the room tastes awful. The coffee provided at Breakfast was great. I have stayed at Days inn on Colfax many times over the last 5 years and I have never had a major issue. It is always a good time staying there

Overall, I appreciate that this hotel was clean, safe, and quiet. It’s in the heart of downtown Denver with great access to the city, including walking distance to most bars, especially within the LGBTQ plus community.

The only thing it’s that you have to pay for parking, but that’s because parking is very limited in this part of the city so while I didn’t love that I had to pay for parking, I understand.

I booked this hotel for a concert in Ogden and the location exceeded my expectations. There’s Fillmore and Ogden right by the hotel as well as other Denver attractions. The staff was so sweet and friendly and the room was pleasant. Inevitably, there will be homeless people around the area but they do not come near the hotel at all and I think it’s because this facility is very strict about that which I really appreciate! It shows that they care about the guests safety.

We liked how large the room was. I chose it because we were going to a concert at the Odgen Theater so the location was perfect. Staff was friendly and prompt. They told us about breakfast and elevators.

The $100 incidental charge was unexpected but I could’ve missed that. I don’t like that they announced our room number upon check in and also simply asked for a room number if you forgot your key. That’s beyond unsafe for anyone traveling. We were approached by a homeless man that was hanging out at the back of the 3rd floor and followed us around a bit so had he known what room we were in, (simply hearing the check in person say it) could’ve been dangerous. I would’ve felt safer if they had asked for my ID to ensure our safety. Lastly, the continental breakfast was just grab and go foods. Nothing hot. Not even juice or milk was brought out. So if you like 3 types of dry cereal and oranges; It’s perfect for you.

Location in a neighborhood with easy walking distance for activities, food, and shopping.

The neighborhood this located in is getting a facelift but there is a sizable homeless population in the area. I never felt I was in danger though. A small table and or a couple chairs in the room would be nice.

I liked the front desk staff, when I needed assistance they sent the maintenance man "Rigo" and he was quick to solve all problems (Rigo rocks). The breakfast was filling and the roon was super clean with what looked like new furniture they are puppy friendly and parking was really cheap at only 15 per night

Hotel does not look perfectly from the outside, but once you are in, everything is perfect - very clean, comfortable bed, good wifi, good air conditioning, decent continental breakfast, and very very friendly and helpful gentleman on the reception. Plus good value for money, compared to other Denver prices

Mostly location. I needed to stay in the area. This is not the nicest one, but that is not an issue the hotel can fix.

It was a very simple room, but management could replace the torn curtains. They offer breakfast, but it wasn’t anything I would it. There was very little of anything.

Clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us! We were only in Denver for one night for a concert @ the Fillmore.. which is right across the street. 2 minute walk. Couldn’t have been easier.

The city night life can get a bit noisy, but that’s not the hotels’ fault.
