The location, the amenities, the room, the attached parking garage, the complementary drinks and snacks, the restaurant was fire 🔥 The immediate area around the hotel was clean and well kept. It was a short walk to the art museum where our event was.

Upon arrival, it was raining outside, and there was no way to get into the door to the hotel from the parking garage without a key card, so we had to go all the way around in the rain. There is an old intercom there, it did not work. That was pretty disappointing. Secondly, the bathroom wasn’t totally clean. There was a splatter against the wall next to the vanity, one sink wasn’t cleaned out, there was sand and tiny pebbles on the floor. It was very awkward going up to the fourth floor to check in. I’m not exactly sure what that’s all about, but I certainly thought that check-in down where the valet and parking garage entrance would have been more appropriate.

This is by far the nicest Hilton I've stayed in. The staff, especially everyone at the front desk are amazing. Since the hotel is part of the art collection, they provide transportation to the museums. Rooms are well appointed, robes, coffee,water,soda. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Individual Air conditioning control. Great fitness room. Good location, next to Denver's contemporary art museum. Restaurants, 16th St mall, larimar square within walking distance.

The restaurant is good, limited selections, but very well made, slow service.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a better view when our TV wasn’t working. The king room was large enough for a rollaway bed to fit comfortably. The rooms had complementary coffee, Pepsi, and water which was nice! They also provide very comfortable robes! We will definitely stay here again.

Mountain View side is definitely the best. The street side had loud motorcycles at 2am on Saturday night that woke us up…. even on the 7th floor. One interesting design flaw … there is an opaque window between the bathroom and the bedroom. if anyone turns on the bathroom light during the night, it shines on the faces of the people sleeping in the bed. We figured out we should only turn on the shower light to decrease this issue.

Efficient staff, well-appointed room and, this once, everything on the room works!

QR codes for all the information about the hotel and now tipping can get annoying. Less paper is good, but it might be nice to have a handy hard copy reference sheet in the room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was also delicious and if you wanted something else there was plenty walking distance.

There was nothing we didn't like. This was the best hotel experience I had.

Staff were helpful and friendly from check in to valet to bar servers. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. I like the outdoor rooftop patio.

The room refrigerator was noisy and I disliked the blue light! I used earplugs and sleep mask but would have preferred not to have to do so. Also it would be great to not have small bottles of shampoo and toiletries but refillable bottles instead.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Our suite was gorgeous, spacious, and well lit with the option to control the amount of light that comes into the room. We loved the complimentary waters and sodas in the room! The staff was nice and courteous. Breakfast was delicious, especially the yogurt and granola! It was so deliciously fresh! It’s close to key spots and allows for easy access to amenities, dining and groceries.

We were not great fans of the lobby only being accessible by elevator. The lack of free parking and needing to use valet hiked up the price quite a bit. The hotel doesn’t have a pool, which would be an amazing addition to an already great place.

hot and cold water were awful- took forever to warm up and was inconsistent. lack of in-out privileges made parking garage difficult - ended up using Uber to get around which seems crazy when you have a vehicle right there.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed, loved the bathroom with 2 sinks! We appreciated the free water, sodas and cozy robes. Loved being close to the Art museum.

very pricey-with all the taxes added, it was an extra $80-90 daily. The restaurant wasn’t open for food after lunch. The rain shower in room 934 didn’t work.

Nasia who greeted us at the check-in is awesome. Very kind and helpful. We ate breakfast at Fire. It was delicious, plus you get to look at more art while dining. Love the decor throughout the hotel.

Truly can't think of anything. If I had to think of something, I would say that they could ask if we need our luggage taken up to the room.
