Stayed in a mixed 6 bed dorm. Nicely setup though the beds are a bit soft. Great pillows. Beautiful house. Private rainfall showers. Huge spa open till 2am. Met some nice folks here, would stay again.
This dorm on the top floor gets a lot of sun so there is a temporary air conditioner (heat pump) but the vent connection with the ceiling is falling away. It's also really loud. The couches downstairs are nice but dirty. There's a few maintenance items...

The decoration is great, bunk beds are very comfortable and the room is quite spacious for everyone. Also, the storage under the bed was really convenient. I loved how private the shower spaces were, and the bathrooms and toilets were always spotless. The location is great! Bus stops and places to eat within walking distance and 10-15 mins by Uber to some cool spots. Of course, having Toast around was the best of my stay.
The attitude of certain staff members was very off-putting. It was almost as if they were annoyed every time that they were approached. Also, the hostel doesn't have a very nice vibe to meet people. Everyone is wearing headphones or sitting in opposite corners at the common areas, so that was a bit of a downside.

Didn't use it but, pretty cool there was a hot tub. I was able to shower, keep food, do laundry (paid machines) comfortably.
I didn't pack a lock for my storage, but they were sold out of locks in the vending machine. The desk person didn't know they were even sold there the night before so they may have been available. She did her best with what she knew but the.whole situation was frustrating since I had to leave my sensitive stuff unsecured until I managed to get to a hardware store.

The hostel was in a great location, and everyone was such fun there; so many friendly and helpful people including the staff and the visitors. The hot tub and s'mores night was a nice addition to meeting others that were also staying there. I appreciated the fact that they had parking in the back available and plenty of places to eat within walking distance if you did not have a car. It was a great experience, and I will definitely stay there again if I ever decide to return to Denver. Thanks to everyone at Ember for your kindness and professionalism.

Great hostel with fantastic facilities. Good communal areas across the hostel and the individual shower/bathrooms meant you could have real privacy, unlike a lot of other hostels. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, I had a delayed flight and when I showed up the following morning they had saved me a bed so I could immediately check in. Also felt very safe as a solo traveller
I had no issues with the hostel, it is a little far out from a lot of things but not a dealbreaker if you don't mind venturing out

The manager Mitchell such a nice person; so smart and talent for hospitality..also all the staff are certainly very helpful and kind..Excellent for women alone, they do not discriminate for the age or nationality, I am argentine 64y old..all the people there made me feeling accepted and connected., they don't live you alone with any issue; they support you trying the best for customers; very safe , and bedrooms very confortable: matress ok, beds are big and you get lot of room and common places a lot..the kitchen is like family kitchen, and most important everyone is sharing ❤️ 😍 and happiness 😊

The people you meet here are incredible! Shout out to Ryan, Natalie, Randy, David, Kristen, Hassan, BJ, and the others who I didn’t get their names. Everyone including the guests were all extremely nice. I made some lifelong friends during my stay here!
One dryer was busted and seemed like a constant fight to use it. Clean your clothes a day or two early to be sure you get access.

Really loved the overall vibe of the place, all the decor was to theme and the beds were the most comfortable hostel beds I have ever slept on!!!! Every staff member was lovely and went above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay!
The hostel is a little way out of the city Center (30 min walk) but this wasn’t too much of a problem!

The facilities are incredible! It is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The dorm setup is ideal, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well-equipped. The outside area is such a nice space for everyone to come together after a day out.
Unfortunately, my food was stolen from the fridge, even though it was in a bag and labeled (twice). I reported this and nothing was done.

Great hostel, i recommend it in general, hospitality and front staff are all helpful and availability. Beds are super comfy with a decent amount of privacy, and a/c is a great bonus. Showers were good.
Ladders to second bunk only have 2 rungs total and no grip bar on top. This makes it very hard to both climb and descend as a short person. I recommend adding railing to the top bunk to assist with this concern, it felt pretty dangerous even though it was sturdy.
