We loved the fact that we had everything we needed in the suite and it all fit so well together. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very accommodating. We would stay again if given the opportunity!
There wasn't anything we didn't like, seriously.

Very nice hotel, and very nice all people at front desk. Breakfast simple but ok. Includes parking for free. Quite area. Near to many eating places. Near to Capital building. I would only recommend to change carpet because of humidity smell.

The room we had was excellent for our three day stay. The staff were exceptional, giving us guidance and support when needed, in a kind, courteous and helpful way. There was a good selection of different breakfast items available and the breakfast timings suited us very well.

The location was perfect - a short walk to where my family lives. And there were suitable eateries also in walking distance.
We would have liked waffles more than just Sunday. Other than that, I don’t think it was lacking anything the other hotels offer.

Missed the turning to hotel (GPS instructions) but travelled one way system again. Hotel facilities great, staff helpful and friendly, paid parking at hotel.
Breakfast facilities and choice poor. Our first morning homeless person was using the facilities, the outside door must have been left open. This was not very pleasant for us - dirty and smelly. Access from outside should be checked

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great including the breakfast staff.
No hotel ever has firm enough pillows. The toilet seat was cracked causing a less than comfortable visit there.

The room was very big and it had a kitchen. Love the space and the confort of that room.
The only thing that I was not so happy about was the breakfast. The hotel really needs to bump up their breakfast game. Most of the stuff was prepackaged and not fresh.

The only negative was my room door broke off the hinges. Since it was just one night I didn't worry about it until checkout
