The room was large and comfortable. I appreciated the kitchen corner and the mattress. A very large hall and the hotel is not so far from downtown ( ten minutes of walking).

The complimentary breakfast was not so good and it lacked of croissants. I would have preferred more variety. Apparently they have forgotten for 14 days to get the milk hot. Cakes and cookies were missing. Beyond that there was not any waitress to get the tables clean. Moreover the bad idea to get the rooms cleaned in the late afternoon forced the guest to leave the room instead of taking a rest.

Comfy mattress. Good location close to downtown sights. Decent room setup and size. Little kitchenette is useful. Comfortable temperature even without aircon (I like to turn it off at times because it can make me sick). Nice to have aircon control in the room too.

The hot breakfast was very basic - menu was the same for two out of three mornings that I stayed there. Pillows were scratchy (feathers??). Would have been nice to have slippers in the room. One lift wasn't working, so sometimes it took longer than I liked to get up to my floor.

Good lighting, soothing design, very comfortable bed, nice kitchenette in the room including washing up liquid. Good gym, and although I didn’t try the laundry, it was nice it was there and it looked clean.

As well thought out as the lighting was, there were sensors in the bathroom that meant every time you walked in the lights turned on. This was fine in the daytime, but at night it was a bit too much, would’ve liked a way to just turn the lights off if desired. Also the smoke detector flashes over your head at night, it’s not too bad if you close your eyes at the right time.

Breakfast was decent. The protein selection was limited, but eggs were made fresh. Happy hour was a nice perk. The staff was exceptional, kind, helpful, accommodating. Every staff member we interacted with exceeded our expectations and met our requests with helpful information or action.

Parking was limited. This isnt a fault of the hotel, due to location. Protein selection at breakfast was limited - only sausage and eggs available. Happy hour was nice, but drink selection was small - as someone who doesnt drink wine or beer, I had no options available.

The breakfast was so nice to have, and the breakfast location made you feel like you were eating out instead of in a conference room. The King suite was perfect for us and our son because we had separate spaces.

The bed were ok, but we woke up with sore backs each morning. Also, and there isn't much to be done about this, but the street noise was pretty loud at night.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and it’s a great environment. We loved our stay from entrance to exit, the breakfast are is very unique something I’ve never seen before! Would definitely stay there again!

When I checked in and got to my room it was a total different room from what I chose on Booking. I had reserved a King Suite and I was given a two queen bedroom and I was charged more at check in from what I was given on booking.com I was told by front desk agent that I did reserve through a third party and the room I choose is not guaranteed. I had never experienced that and I’ve been with booking.com for a few years now. We were then offered to go back to front desk to get the room we officially wanted but instead we just stayed in the two queen bedroom.

The location was reasonably central; we could walk to Ball Arena. Breakfast was good with a few hot options each day and continental. Free drinks (2) on weeknights at the bar The kitchenette was nice and modern, but not well stocked. My son liked the computer area in the lobby.

The room was very cramped for five people. The kitchenette wasn't well stocked for five people e.g. only two glasses, minimal cutlery, no bowls, etc.

A very modern and trendy hotel fairly close to several cultural highlights. The room was stylish and sizeable with an up-to-date shower room. It had a bit of a quirky view: some backyard chaos, modern office buildings and electric cables. Several bus stops are nearby.

We almost didn't get to the hotel because Denver doesn't do taxis anymore. The receptionist was unable to help. Later he turned out to be very friendly and helpful when we asked to have the room changed. The way breakfast was organized takes some getting used to. Staff there spoke little to no English, so communication was difficult. Once we knew the ropes it was ok. Communication with room service was impossible altogether.

We stayed at the Hotel for 5 nights and everything is great! The breakfast is amazing, they have bikes 🚲 that you can use and we rode bikes every night to go to Downtown area, it was amazing! We enjoyed Downtown every night, numerous restaurants and places to visit. I strongly recommend the Element Hotel, everything is excellent!

It was clean and a good spot to stay with our pets. There was gated parking that was attached to the property with an elevator.

A understandable problem occurred that could happen at home or in any business, however I don't think that would be a reapeat issue with the hot water not working. It was addressed appropriately by the hotel staff.
