This is our regular first night in Denver hotel when we fly in from NY to ski Colorado. It is welcoming, near the airport, has free parking, comfortable beds, and is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the pool table in the bar area. We didn’t partake of the happy hour, but it seemed to have a nice crowd. The woman who greeted us at the desk was delightful. The room was quiet and we were able to see our car in the lot, which was comforting, since it contained all of our ski equipment. Finally, the breakfast offerings were good.

The staff refilling the breakfast offerings seemed to be taking things easy. When we arrived the sausage pan was empty. I inquired after a few minutes if a refill would be coming out, was told it was . We proceeded to eat our breakfast, lingering over coffee, and waiting for the meat, but it didn’t arrive until the breakfast area was nearly empty of diners. We noticed other items sat empty , including coffee, and other customers were asking about those items. The food was fine, but the kitchen staff needs to stay on top of refilling. Most diners are in a hurry to eat and get on with their day with little time to wait for food offerings.

Our flight was so late, we didn't get there until 3:30 AM! But the bed and sheets were so comfortable, it was worth it to stay there! The breakfast in the morning was great!

When our flight was delayed, I called to tell them and thought I left a message with the front desk. I even said - "we aren't getting to Denver until 3:30 AM." But they interpreted that as "late check-in," which to the front desk meant by midnight. When we arrived exhausted, our reservation had been canceled as a no-show so the wait in the lobby for 15 minutes while they were trying to get us a room was frustrating. But the comfy bed made it worthwhile!

Quiet location not far off the beaten path.

Waited over two hours at airport for shuttle even after confirming with hotel when flight would land. Another hotel shuttle driver offered to take us as he'd made the round trip from his hotel, which was close to Tru, three times. Hotel didn't apologize or offer to supply alternate transportation. I called when we reached the shuttle platform, called again after an hour, and a third time after 2 hours.

Free shuttle service and late check in flexibility. Our flight was delayed and we arrived into town at 1:00am. No problem checking in that late or getting shuttle from airport. Speedy shuttle service and pleasant driver with good conversation.

Our room was above the front parking lot and lobby. We could hear noise from people getting shuttled in, car doors slamming people speaking loud at 3:00 am

We had to leave our other hotel in the middle of the night due to bad conditions and the Tru by Hilton helped get us a room in the middle of the night. The front desk staff was amazing both check in and out. They really helped us out in a pinch and everyone was so friendly and the whole place was extremely clean! We really appreciated everything about our stay and will definitely be booking with them from here on out!

Breakfast was good. Seating was full but there were other seating places close. There was a power outage before I got there and the keys didn’t work so an employee had to let us in which took time. In the morning the keys still were not working and twice I had to wait at the front desk for someone to come out to help me.

No coffee makers in the room.

as a single woman I felt safe. the airport shuttle was on time and the breakfast was okay. I love having a shower instead of a tub/shower combination.

I love to drink coffee. I drink coffee before I go to bed and as soon as I wake up. The rooms did not have any coffee pots. this couldn’t be because of Covid rules because at breakfast on every table were ketchup bottles, hot sauce bottles and salt and pepper shakers that were never cleaned the 30 minutes I sat in their dining area. That makes me wonder why they won’t put coffee pots back into the rooms. they did have coffee in the lobby, but when I went to get a cup two different times it would be cold, and I do t want to have to be dressed to go the lobby late at night or early in the morning so,I can have coffee. Sorry, but because of that I would not stay at the Hilton TRU again.

The staff was very friendly and the property was well kept and clean. We were there for a matter of hours before catching our flight out of Denver so we did not get to experience the area much before leaving.

There isn't anything I can think of that we did not like.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Pillows were very comfortable as well. Bathroom was good-but could have used more countertop space

There was confusion with the airport shuttle. We did wait a long time.

the desk attendant on duty on october 20, 2023 at 8pm when i called from canada to my fiance staying there would not put me thru to her room on phone cause i did not know her room number, just her name! how would i know that as fiance had no phone. attendant said its policy. WTF!! than attendant hung up on me!!! Terrible!!!
