Super clean, pleasant, comfortable, welcoming hotel near Denver airport, close to a variety of restaurants, with very helpful and nice staff and 24/7 free shuttle to and from the airport

This hotel, along with 3 nearby share a shuttle service that leaves their location for the airport every 30-minutes, 24 hours a day. This was really important for my stay (I had a 6am flight, which boarded at 5:20am). In order to reach the terminal gate on time, I left at 4am - and it all went according to plan. Other than that concern the hotel amenities, location, facilities, and comfort of the room were appreciated and well-appointed.

I would say that the air conditioning unit was satisfactory for most people's needs, I live in a northern climate and I'm used to cooler temperatures (it was 95 degrees Fahrenheit in Denver during my stay), so the air conditioning unit was able to cool my room down to the mid-60s (which is a comfortable sleep temperature for me), but it took a little while.

This location is very convenient to the airport with reliable shuttle service provided by the hotel. The room was large, comfortable, clean, quiet, and very modern. Wi-fi is good. The bed was perfect with big, delicious pillows. I slept well! Also good value for the price I paid.

Access to food for someone without a car was terrible. I arrived from the airport late and starving, and no food was available within safe walking distance. The hotel snack supply was depleted. My only option was pizza delivery, which I do not recommend. So, make sure you have eaten before you leave the airport! The breakfast was minimal. .

Thibsplacw was great the night staff person was Awesome ! She was so welcoming & Friendly . my room was clean and welcoming, it was a Large. The over all experience was great because the staff was friendly and kind and nice especially the woman who worked at night unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she was so sweet and kind and helpful to me and others. For her alone, I will be back.

The breakfest was not good, the sandwich was too salty, and the egg white seemed old. Coffee was bitter to my teast buds. Others seamed to like the coffee .

Great staff and very friendly. Room was exceptional clean. Breakfast O.K.

Shuttle bus in evening to pick us up at Denver Airport was very late and driver was not friendly. The van was in very bad shape with seat belts that did not work. Driver would not help us locate seat belts that worked so we had to keep changing seats until we found some that worked. When asked, he ignored us. Van was in disarray and very dirty. We arrived during a freak snow storm and were freezing while waiting. We had to call to beg for a van. We understood problem with storm and being late but there was no apology. Note that the next day with a different drive and much better van it was acceptable.

This was one of the cheaper options near the Denver Airport, but still high-quality. The facilities are clean and the rooms are cozy. I really appreciate how they have a 24-hour coffee machine and some simple grab-and-go (fruit and granola bars) options for breakfast (my flight left early in the morning). The surrounding area is different--just hotels and a few restaurants and gas stations--useful as a last stop, but not interesting in and of itself.

A microwave and hot-water kettle in the room would have been nice....definitely not a deal-breaker, though.

The AVID hotels are styled in clean, efficient but comfortable Scandinavian style, and I like the use of space in the room -- really small, but really smart so it didn't feel small. The registration personnel were genuinely friendly and outgoing. The snack/hot beverage counter was well-stocked.

I was well-pleased with everything and have nothing negative to say about this hotel. I did not go to the pool or workout rooms. I felt safe & comfortable. No issues.

The staff are great. The hotel is very clean and does not have carpet in the rooms which is wonderful. The beds could be a tad softer but the pillows are varried so you can choose which is best for you since slope is import on travel. I needed a shuttle service to and from the airport. It was fantastic, works and runs round the clock, is free, and the drivers are safe and friendly.

This is the perfect hotel if you have a disruption in you are airplane travels. They have an airport shuttle that you can preschedule even in the middle of the night. They have all the extras that you need like toothbrushes and combs for free. They have a few breakfast items that are grab and go before official breakfast is served. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the walls are thin so it can be a bit noisy.
