The hotel was very handily placed after a long day travelling from the UK - we arrived at midnight, ad were quickly checked in to our very comfortable rooms, where we slept soundly and comfortably. excellent breakfast with a great selection of food, both hot and cold. We then took the hotel shuttle back to the airport to collect our hire car, which was very efficient.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but a terrible experience with the taxi driver (too late to wait for the hotel shuttle), who couldn't speak English, took an eternity to find the hotel on his phone, then drove the wrong way, away from the hotel before we told him that he was going in the wrong direction! Finally demanded $45 for a trip that should have taken just over 5 minutes, but which took 15 or more due to his incompetence.

when i was directed to my room i was told, 'your room's down the corridor', in a pretty casual, unengaged way. I didn't feel their presence. i then went down the corridor with my very heavy case but my room was not there, as I'd be told. I then had to go back to reception, by which point other people were there, so that i could find out exactly where my room was. I was then told that the elevator down the corridor would take me to my room. It was very late, I'd be driving for 9 hours, I was exhausted. I needed and should have received very clear instructions, especially since they were actually very simple. Tune-up: good, clear, present, friendly communication please !

The airport shuttle was able to pick me up from the airport after I dropped off my Turo rental. They had handed me a card with detailed (and accurate) instructions, but I had misread them. While looking for the wrong shuttle the hotels shuttle driver actually walked up to me unprompted and asked which hotel I was going to, keeping me from missing my ride. Very thankful for that. My young daughter enjoyed their heated pool to end our vacation. The room was fine, and we all used the shuttle to head back to the airport in the morning.

Our room key card quit working. I know we could have probably had it fixed, but instead just avoided all of us leaving the room at the same time.

Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Would be helpful if the schedule for the shuttle was shown on the website so that if it’s cold out you are not waiting a long time outside.

Would have liked a restaurant inside the hotel. Getting there at 8 pm and needing supper, it’s inconvenient to have to go nearby to a restaurant especially when walking and cold. There are 2 restaurants within a 5 min walk but would still be nice to be able to stay at the hotel. There are sheers on the windows as well as heavier curtains but the heavy curtains don’t close so if on first floor you feel very exposed at night to anyone outside.

I had an overnight layover from the airport. I just needed a cheap place to stay and had very low expectations. I was shocked when I got there. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. Also it had a mini fridge and a coffee maker which I did not expect. For as nice as the property was they easily could have charged twice what they did. Also I didn't not know that it included breakfast the next morning. Overall just completely exceeded any expectations I had in all categories

The shuttle situation from the airport was not ideal. Part of that was on the airport for horrifically bad signage, and part of it was a massive wreck that shut down Tower road which caused the shuttles to be delayed and or not run for a 2-hour time.. but I would not put that responsibility on quality inn. And the shuttle the next morning was incredible getting back to the airport

Had booked accommodation elsewhere before a flight home but last minute decided we wanted to stay closer to the airport. We booked this room in the early hours before our stay, as we had stayed here on the first night of our holiday. A very warm welcome on our arrival. The room was spotlessly clean & looked as though it had recently been renovated, everything looked new. A very comfortable and quiet nights sleep with a very good breakfast. We were permitted to have a later check out as our flight was later in the day.

There was nothing to not like. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Me and my family of 5 stayed at the Quality Hotel, it was a nice hotel for the money we spent,, The young main and the young lady were very friendly, at the front check in desk ,they ran out of Carts to use, so the young man offered to help us take our belongings up to our room for us, which was extremely nice of him to do. When we arrived we unpacked our water into the fridge and my grandson sad EWWWW. there was a long piece of hair in the fridge, and also the carpet had crumbs on it, it was not vacuumed, well at all, we decided to go swimming and the water in the pool was freezing cooled, unbearable to swim in for my kiddos, also they had the hot tube closed down, so we were bummed out about that, over all the breakfast food was awesome and very tasty, everything was kept stocked, the kitchen attendants did an excellent job, with restocking everything, we were incredibly impressed. Overall good hotel...I would definitely recommend it..

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, everything was so clean and I loved the location and the shuttle service to the airport, the drivers were so kind and warm. Overall I had a great experience except for the breakfast!

There were no dairy-free, egg-free breakfast options and sadly no accommodations were made even if I communicated my dietary needs a month in advance. I was told there would be fruit which I could at least eat, but on the morning of my stay the fruit was old and mushy and smelled funny, it didn’t seem safe for consumption. I ended up choosing to have breakfast at the airport.

Very convenient for the airport. The shuttle appears at the main door every 30-40 minutes and gets you to the airport in a matter of minutes. The room had an armchair and desk, and enough room that these extra furnishings weren't crowding the bed. The pool was wonderfully cool on a day in the 90s.

The TV remote wasn't quite coordinated with the TV. I spent some time waving it around like a Tai Chi exercise, trying to find the right position -- which turned out to be obliquely to the right side of the TV's base -- to get to the directory or make the channel change. I didn't try to change the channel again after that.

Room bed and pillows very comfortable. Good amount of towels. Shuttle drivers really nice and helpful. Was very clean.

Eggs were watery and not sure they were real. No non pork options for meat. Coffee ran out. She did not seem to know how to make. I went up to room to make some and when returning breakfast was over. Maybe extend to 10? Tables were full noticed many had no place to sit, so when came back, it had already closed down.
