Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Would be helpful if the schedule for the shuttle was shown on the website so that if it’s cold out you are not waiting a long time outside.

Would have liked a restaurant inside the hotel. Getting there at 8 pm and needing supper, it’s inconvenient to have to go nearby to a restaurant especially when walking and cold. There are 2 restaurants within a 5 min walk but would still be nice to be able to stay at the hotel. There are sheers on the windows as well as heavier curtains but the heavy curtains don’t close so if on first floor you feel very exposed at night to anyone outside.

I had an overnight layover from the airport. I just needed a cheap place to stay and had very low expectations. I was shocked when I got there. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. Also it had a mini fridge and a coffee maker which I did not expect. For as nice as the property was they easily could have charged twice what they did. Also I didn't not know that it included breakfast the next morning. Overall just completely exceeded any expectations I had in all categories

The shuttle situation from the airport was not ideal. Part of that was on the airport for horrifically bad signage, and part of it was a massive wreck that shut down Tower road which caused the shuttles to be delayed and or not run for a 2-hour time.. but I would not put that responsibility on quality inn. And the shuttle the next morning was incredible getting back to the airport

Had booked accommodation elsewhere before a flight home but last minute decided we wanted to stay closer to the airport. We booked this room in the early hours before our stay, as we had stayed here on the first night of our holiday. A very warm welcome on our arrival. The room was spotlessly clean & looked as though it had recently been renovated, everything looked new. A very comfortable and quiet nights sleep with a very good breakfast. We were permitted to have a later check out as our flight was later in the day.

There was nothing to not like. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Me and my family of 5 stayed at the Quality Hotel, it was a nice hotel for the money we spent,, The young main and the young lady were very friendly, at the front check in desk ,they ran out of Carts to use, so the young man offered to help us take our belongings up to our room for us, which was extremely nice of him to do. When we arrived we unpacked our water into the fridge and my grandson sad EWWWW. there was a long piece of hair in the fridge, and also the carpet had crumbs on it, it was not vacuumed, well at all, we decided to go swimming and the water in the pool was freezing cooled, unbearable to swim in for my kiddos, also they had the hot tube closed down, so we were bummed out about that, over all the breakfast food was awesome and very tasty, everything was kept stocked, the kitchen attendants did an excellent job, with restocking everything, we were incredibly impressed. Overall good hotel...I would definitely recommend it..

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, everything was so clean and I loved the location and the shuttle service to the airport, the drivers were so kind and warm. Overall I had a great experience except for the breakfast!

There were no dairy-free, egg-free breakfast options and sadly no accommodations were made even if I communicated my dietary needs a month in advance. I was told there would be fruit which I could at least eat, but on the morning of my stay the fruit was old and mushy and smelled funny, it didn’t seem safe for consumption. I ended up choosing to have breakfast at the airport.

Very convenient for the airport. The shuttle appears at the main door every 30-40 minutes and gets you to the airport in a matter of minutes. The room had an armchair and desk, and enough room that these extra furnishings weren't crowding the bed. The pool was wonderfully cool on a day in the 90s.

The TV remote wasn't quite coordinated with the TV. I spent some time waving it around like a Tai Chi exercise, trying to find the right position -- which turned out to be obliquely to the right side of the TV's base -- to get to the directory or make the channel change. I didn't try to change the channel again after that.

I booked through booking.com and there was a miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com. I was told that our booking was yesterday. Yet, the front desk person fixed the issue for us so that we could stay the night before I had to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is located within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. The free shuttle to the airport was very helpful and the room was clean.

I heard from my husband that the breakfast person wasn't very coordinated. There was only one item available to eat: biscuits and gravy. I expected more than just that as a hot breakfast. I specifically picked this hotel because it offers a hot breakfast. If you book a hotel room from booking.com and need to change the date, please be aware. Booking.com will charge you extra for changing the date, but the hotel is not communicated by them. I had to explain what happened to the front desk and it was very stressful.

My husband was going to meet me at the hotel when I flew in at DIA, but because of the highway closure, he couldn't drive to the hotel to check-in. He called the hotel to change the name of who would be checking in. It went easily and I had no problem checking into the hotel room and was able to rest. It was important after the long flight, and I appreciated it very much. It's a great location, too. There are many restaurants available within walking distance. There is free shuttle service available as well.

The breakfast was disappointing. There were only some scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy available. I specifically picked this hotel because of the hot breakfast and the price. I expected something a little better than just two items. I wish the shuttle service was a little more frequent than every 40 minutes. It was hard to spot the right shuttle, too. There was no writing saying Western Shuttle as I was told nor the word Quality Inn on the side of the van. The sign was on the dashboard of the van, and I could have missed it easily, but the driver was great. He shouted where it was going so that saved me.

Firstly we enjoyed the free shuttle from the airport, very convenient and instructions given perfectly for pick up area. Then we were greeted by very friendly front desk staff, full of information. We were pleasantly surprised with our large roo, king bed, very comfortable bed and pillows. Overall the room exceeded our expectations. The bonus of course was the hot and cold breakfast provided, with plenty of choices. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all.

Free airport shuttle was top on the list. Room was very clean, did not smell like cleaning chemicals. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was standard but really good--OJ tasted fresh and eggs were moist and fluffy. Very quiet and comfortable.

First floor hallway smelled like weed, persisted through to the next day. I know it's beyond control of the hotel but since we rode the airport shuttle in it would be nice to have a restaurant closer. Eight-minute walk to several clustered restaurants--it had snowed recently so no problem walking but if it were snowing at the time we would have gone hungry.
