Convenient to the airport and they offer a free shuttle. Great helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is good. If you’re staying several days, the refrigerator and microwave are super handy for restaurant take-out and leftovers. There are a couple of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Minor complaint: The TV service didn’t offer as much variety as some I’ve seen and the remote was clunky to use.

Spacious and comfortable beds. Clean. Close to restaurants and the airport which is really important. We didn't use the free airport shuttle but that was a good option for other travelers. Great breakfast. There was a mini kitchen. Easy check in, late check out until 12 noon which is a plus.

When we checked out, the lady at the reception desk was just frowning irritated. I don't know what her deal was. Thats the only thing I gave 9/10.

Extremely friendly staff at the front desk, very clean room, quiet, and comfortable. Perfect location to fly out of DIA. We left our car for 8 days while traveling, easy, convenient, and safe. Great price for the value of this hotel! Will definitely stay here every time I fly out of DIA from here on out…we’ve stayed at a bunch of different hotels on Tower Rd, and this was our favorite.

Check in was available and quick at 3 a.m when our plane arrived. Room was modern and clean and had dark blinds to sleep in. Had a good set up with dishes dishwasher and fridge if you needed. 2 double beds and a pull out couch. Nice separation between the beds and pull out couch. Best breakfast that I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Oatmeal with toppings. coffee at all hours in lobby. Breakfast sandwhiches

Could hear quite a bit of noise transfer in hallways in rooms. Would have liked labels for breakfast sandwiches as hats to tell which had meat and not for vegetarian.

Clean rooms

They double charged the "resort fee", the fee was already included in the booking price, but when I was there to check-in the lady on the front desk charge $20.37 for the resort fee plus a $100 refundable security deposit.... After I paid for those two (they do separate charges, even if you use the same card, they did two transactions).... When I realized that I went back to the front desk few minutes after and I asked for the front desk lady why they charged me again once I already paid for and she said the will reimburse me this fee, still waiting (5 days today since that nothing yet)... There was one lady in front of me doing the checkin and she paid this fee as well, looks like this is normal and regular procedure, just keep your eyes open!!

Breakfast was very good and hotel was very clean. Staff was mainly very nice but had some not so pleasant staff at checkout. Nothing terrible just not as friendly as other staff members.

Walls were thin and we could hear people in the hallways late at nights and things going on in the adjacent room.

The night staff was friendly and helpful. We told them we needed the free shuttle to the airport at 5:00 a.m. They put us on the schedule and assured us we would have the ride at 5:00 a.m.

However when. We got downstairs at 4:50 a.m. for our 5:00 am shuttle we were told he had just left and was the only one working so it would be 20 minutes or longer before he got back. If the shuttle runs every 30 minutes and we were scheduled at 5:00 and were there 10 minutes early for the ride WHY would he leave ? The girl at the front wasn't very helpful, I had to ask her to radio the driver to see since he just left if we could still get on. After I asked she did and he was already on the highway. So I ended up calling an Uber and spent 40.00 to get to airport on time. This was a big deal for us and would prevent a future stay.

I loved how spacious the room was with a kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable. Woman at front desk was excellent. Food places nearby for convenience The breakfast was amazing to be included in the price and this will make me brand loyal to this hotel.

There was no hot tub and the pool was very cold.

The free shuttle service to and from the airport was priority, that was super simple to schedule.

We had a king suite with sleeper sofa. Our daughter slept on the sofa. In the morning she had 3 bug bites on her arms. They don’t look like bed bug bites, but I still don’t know what they are and we didn’t notice them the night before.

Breakfast would have been great if I hadn’t waited to attend until breakfast time was just about over. My fault.

Nothing - I’m sure it would have been better if I wasnt so late.
