At check in I was greeted by Kendra who made my check in super fast and smooth! The night audit Willie was very helpful! The property was secure (I was unable to get to security guards name) Check out was just as fast and easy! Jordyn was also very kind and helpful! We had breakfast each day we were there; the staff is amazing and helpful and they offered a lot of choices for breakfast. (The two women running it were amazing!) I work at an Inn so I know it’s hard to find good employees! Don’t lose these 6!! They’re all assets to your company and property! I’m super weird about bathrooms and these were definitely up to par! Clean, the shower was big. Now if only we could rate other guests: other guests should know at check in if you’re not with the person checking in please step back and give us some privacy! You don’t need to know my room number, or my rate! It’s annoying when you go to the desk and complain about things like “static electricity” from dragging your socks on the floor. You’re holding up the line for actually important feed back. Tip your breakfast makers, tip atleast a $1 for you omelette that has every ingredient offered! If there’s already 7 people in elevator why would you try to push 5 more people in there. If you or your kid MAKES A MESS in the breakfast area grab a napkin and wipe it up. Getting paid $13 an hour to deal with some of these guests isn’t enough ! I feel for the whole Embassy crew. I hope this helps future travels be good customers as well as know what property is worth it. I’ll definitely be going back when I’m in the area to visit family again!

The other guests who couldn’t wait their turn, the guests who would make a mess and walk away from it. I’m writing this so guests know the establishment isn’t the problem, it’s the guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites! The suite we stayed in was perfect for a couple with a baby, especially after a long flight. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped to meet our needs. The views from our suite were absolutely stunning, and the location was ideal for relaxing and unwinding after our journey. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of options to start the day on a great note. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Superb breakfast and great evening reception. When encountering a reservation issue, one employee went way beyond to resolve issue. His name is Leonardo (Leo) Ramos, truly an exceptional problem fixer. The issue was a reservation which was not properly entered on a night with no extra rooms. Before we moved our friends into our room on our sofa bed, he phoned to say he had found reservation. We noted his exceptional, smiling, polite treatment of ALL customers. He is what i call the "million dollar employee.

Everything was great. but the issues in the next question. the length of time to find the place after exiting interstate 70 outside Denver was not fun I'm. I was pleasantly surprised by the huge variety of complimentary breakfast items.anf the final price was far less than the original amount when I booked the suite.

The temp in room was a bit chilly overnight and there was only 1 additional blanket in the room. Lack of 24/7 room service for food. And the Internet was 14 dollars a minute.

Lovely suite with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with omelettes cooked to order. Happy hour with free drinks was great apart from very slow food service. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

The food we ordered during happy hour took over an hour to arrive. There was only one member of staff serving and seemed only to be one another preparing the meals. Also before our stay I asked three times for details of the free shuttle from the airport but heard nothing back. (Go to west Side, door 512, island 3, shuttles every half hour at 15 and 45 when we used them)

did not like paying 18.00 to self park in your parking lot. that’s a slap in the face. add 18.00 to the cost of your room and no charge to park your car in the lot. what’s the option for people who have a car. this was a shock on the bill. also , wifi information in your key card folders is incorrect. put that in several times before finding out that was not correct. cross it out or get rid of the incorrect folders.

The Embassy Suites breakfast was a welcome break from the usual hotel breakfasts. The food stations were well laid out. An omelet station with chef is a rarity these days.

It is a relatively long distance from the airport, but that's the case for every hotel serving Denver International. The shuttle was very welcome.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor hot tub. We liked the spacious main entrance, with sittings and the bar and restaurant. the complimentary breakfast was very much appreciated. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip in Colorado.

We liked everything. I didn’t give all the stars because of a couple of reasons: 1) front desk personnel and shuttle driver were kind of cold, like if they didn’t care. they were not bad, but definitely very cold. 2) Pool had no clean towels. I went at the front desk to ask for one, and very coldly the lady told me she will have someone bring them there. I knew right away this would not happened. After 45 minutes, still no clean towels. 3) we reserved the shuttle for 9:30, but it arrived at 9:40. I usually wouldn’t care about this delay, but I thought that for an hotel outside the airport, the punctuality of the shuttle is important.

I checked in about midnight through a 3rd party app and my room was ready and clean. I needed that. Great job. The omelet in the morning was unexpected bonus but id likely try for this place again.

The room was a bit musty until I got the system going.

The staff were really helpful, rooms were large and comfortable and the pool was great! We ordered snacks in the bar which were lovely. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport as this was the last night of our holiday. The complimentary laundry, late check out and mimi bus to the airport really helped make our last day as comfortable as possible. It’s totally worth paying a little extra for this hotel.
