The room was spacious with a full kitchen, tv, couch, and king sized bed. The bathroom was large and everything worked well and the bed was comfortable. The stay came with free wifi and breakfast.

Their online says that their airport shuttle runs at 4AM every 30 minutes which is extremely deceiving. It actually starts at 4:30AM. The reason I stayed here was for an early flight that needed me to depart the hotel at 4AM. I had to take a $30 uber 10 minutes away from the hotel to make my flight. It would be nice if the hotel could either update their hours to match their shuttle times or have their shuttle actually start at 4AM.

I specifically texted and asked if it was okay that my dog was coming since I had missed a connector flight. I was texted back that not only was this okay but that it wouldn't change my rate. I then received a $75 pet cleaning fee. The dog was 13 pounds. We stayed less than 12 hours. She never left the crate except to walk outside, which I cleaned up myself. $75 was almost what I paid to stay myself. It really was that I was sent a message that it wouldn't change anything and then it clearly did.

From entering the door into the lobby all the way up to my room everything was neat and tidy and clean. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Having the free shuttle to the airport was wonderful! All the drivers were very pleasant, and the free breakfast was a bonus. The serving area was kept clean, and the variety of offerings was adequate.

The only thing that was a letdown was that one of the elevators wasn’t working but those things happen and I know it’s not a daily occurrence. It didn’t inconvenience me.

Unfortunately, shuttle bus does not run late, which meant a considerable cost in taxi from Denver Airport on arrival.

Property was immaculate, the lobby was bright and welcoming. We stayed twice on this trip—the first leg we arrived in the middle of the day and we were greeted with smiles and a quick process to our room. On our 2nd stay our plane had been delayed by several hours and I had forgotten to call the hotel to let them know we would be very late. When we arrived the very very kind desk clerk said that they had marked us as a “no show” but he was going to quickly remedy the issue and give us our room at the same rate. (He could not have been kinder or more professional)he also asked if we would like a late check out and we happily said yes. I thought for sure a “late” check out would be 1PM at the latest. Nope—we were allowed to check out at 4 PM and when we did they had a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport. These are THE most comfortable beds I’ve slept in and I have traveled much of the US and some internationally. I told my husband that due to beds and the large shower that this hotel will be my go-to while visiting Denver. It may be a bit of a drive into the city from there, but everything about this place makes it worth it. I can’t thank you all enough. We were stragglers at 4 AM and were treated with such warmth and kindness that I will forever to loyal to the Hyatt brand.

I have no complaints whatsoever about the property.

I think there may have been a bit of an infestation happening - I noticed a moth in the hallway when I went to get food delivered, and when I came to my room I noticed 3 more of the same moth. I didn’t mind too much but still struck me as odd. Otherwise, great stay!

If you’re a member you are treated much differently than if you’re just the average person checking in. Our person was curt and down right rude. No info on WiFi, no checkout time. Didn’t tell us about breakfast or the times. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk in the morning he told me it was because we were booking through a third party and not a Hyatt member. I told him that answer was unacceptable. Everyone should be treated the same.

Nice hotel, clean rooms close to the airport. Rooms have a small kitchen if you wanted to prepare or store food. I stayed there twice and they gave me a suite on second stay.

Everything was great the first time I stayed, but I had a hotel shuttle time to take me back to the airport and hotel shuttle was either running late or forgot about me I used Lyft to take me to airport. I am not sure why this happened.

As always with Hyatt house, you get a large comfortable room a proper kitchen with all the implement you need to prepare a meal, a comfortable bed and a good shower .

We arrived for breakfast before 8:30 and when I asked for porridge to be made as there was none left the woman who was doing the serving was very reluctant to make more porridge but she did after a little discussion

We did not realize when booking the property that we would be staying in a suite. We thought of it like any other hotel: king bed and a bathroom. When we checked-in we were blown away: we were basically in a one-bedroom apartment, with a couch/living room space, and a kitchenette and breakfast table. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom big enough for two of us to be more than comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Denver (with the intention of staying near the airport). We were traveling for a work conference that was only a mile away, so for this trip, location was definitely convenient.

The location is somewhat remote and very close to the airport, so Downtown is a good 30 minutes away. Not any fault of the property, but something to be mindful of.
