The room rate was excellent, plus the fact that a free shuttle was offered to and from the airport....this was a huge selling feature. Having a breakfast included in the rate was also a bonus.

The door lock was hard to use. Even though we were getting the green light and you could hear that the lock had been disengaged, when you pushed down on the door lever the door remained locked. We had to go to the front desk and were told to try lifting up the door handle instead of pushing down on the lever. This did work but we also had to try putting the card into the lock before getting the green light.

Flew in from the UK so this was an overnight stop at the airport. The check-in was quick and easy and the staff very efficient. The room was comfy and clean and the air con worked fine. The shuttle bus from the airport was waiting for us (luck not judgement) and then got us back to the airport the following morning to collect our hire car. Both drivers were chatty and helpful - thanks to both. The free shuttle was one of the reasons we chose the hotel The breakfast was standard American - plenty of it and the coffee was good.

This comment goes for 99% of American hotels - don't use so much single use plates, cups and cutlery, learn how to recycle. (or even wash up!)

We visited Boulder Colorado and were flying back home at 6 am from Denver Airport so we needed a hotel room and shuttle to the airport at 4 am. The shuttle service was great - a bunch of other middle-class folks like us using the hotel for the same reason we found. The stay was comfortable - the kids loved the pool. Short walk to Ruby Tuesdays next door for dinner (front desk gave a list of other restaurants too) and we went to sleep early to get up for the shuttle. All went smoothly. Met another family that had an unexpected 6-hour delay lay-over at the airport and came over for mom to take a nap and dad took the kids to the pool. Pool was indoor enclosed with big sunny windows and the kids loved it. The hotel also had a pretty garden and a place to sit outside and enjoy the sunset just outside the lobby. Rooms were quiet. The 2 beds were doubles (not queens) but were fine. I had a real sense that the employees were dedicated to the hotel. Not a 5-star hotel with marble floors (rooms had wood floors, no carpets) - comfortable and felt very safe. Price was great!

Free quick shuttle from DIA. Easy to follow instructions emailed prior to arrival for shuttle use. Quick and friendly check in. Room clean, updated, spacious and comfortable. Small refrigerator and coffee maker as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap (all Dove brand). Breakfast served from 7-10 on Sunday including waffles, bread, bagels, yogurt, sausage, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffee, and tea. Pool and gym on premises. Ruby Tuesday next door with other restaurants within walking distance. Easy check out.

you have to pay to park and to bring pets (used to be free). I believe $10/night parking and $25/night pet charge

We were able to check in early. Hotel was clean and comfortable and about 15 min from the airport. The shuttle ran on time. This area seems fairly new, and has several restaurants and brewery nearby, which is convenient.

We were hoping breakfast would be at least partially out before 5:00a.m. as we had to catch the 5:00 shuttle. They started putting things like cereal but not bowls or milk, and nothing you could grab and take. Luckily at the last second, bagles and cream cheese appeared that we could take with us. Not really on them, but just would be nice if it was 10 min early.

We really liked our stay, but definitely needs some repairs done. The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, and we will definitely be back again.

We were there for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We chose this spot for the pool and hot tub. Just wanted a relaxing week off. The hot tub was empty, and the heated indoor pool was 50 degrees. The hot water in room 132 had to run at least 8-10 minutes before it even begins to get warm. These are things that just needs "repairs". After the repairs are done, this hotel was indeed great ! We don't hold grudges and we will be staying there again !

Loved how spacious the rooms felt. Everything was well spaced out. With 4 people we did not feel cramped at all. Close to the airport as well. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge included, always a plus! Breakfast was great. Parking was easy. I'd come back again for sure

The bathroom is a weird situation. I believe they were trying to go for a "homey" vibe but missed the mark on the bathroom doors. They were pull out doors, like a closet. Therefore, no locks! So if someone was in the bathroom and another person didn't know, they could just swing open the doors and walk in. I would reconsider this design and place a door with a lock.

Room was lovely, beds comfortable, shuttle service great, breakfast good, desk service good. Convenient to/from airport and train service there. Because of a luggage delay for our flight, traffic flow to shuttles changed, and the shuttle was packed full. The driver was sure to arrange to come back to get us as soon as physically possible. The morning driver helped us find the way to the train.

It would be good for this hotel to lengthen hours for breakfast. We got up early enough (after a late night arrival) to make it to breakfast during the last half hour - before 8, I think - and so many others were doing the same that supplies were short and there were no tables left. We waited for hot food from the kitchen and took our plates to our room. A 9:00 close would be much better, and avoid that overcrowding.

The free shuttle was reliable and on time!!! Room was large and I will probably look to book there in the future.

After traveling for over 30 hours to get there the heater in the bedroom was blowing cold air only. I decided to not change rooms and turn up the heat in the living room area. Bathroom faucet was loose. The other major problem was that after that long of a travel day, I didn't see the sign that said breakfast ended at 8:00 a.m. It was surprising considering it was January 1st. A holiday with a traditional late rising time. I came out at 8:07 and there was very little left and no one cared to help when I asked about it. I was told there is a sign. I was not at my best and this meant I had a breakfast of only carbs which added to me feeling horrible.

The shower was nice and HOT.. it was awesome The king-size bed was very comfortable and I got alot of rest, which I'm thankful for.

The lobby had an awful smell of rotten eggs. The front desk acted like they couldn't smell it. The next time we came in, there were several air filters around helping to clean the smell. The pool was freezing the two times we attempted to use it. Leaving the one hot tub over crowded with other guests complaining of the pool water temperature. We didn't realize how far this location was from shopping, sightseeing, and downtown. When they say 13miles.. understand that easy 35-45 mins for anything, and you're going to cross over areas several times. It's a great location if you need a place to sleep if you're only used to the airport.
