The room rate was excellent, plus the fact that a free shuttle was offered to and from the airport....this was a huge selling feature. Having a breakfast included in the rate was also a bonus.

The door lock was hard to use. Even though we were getting the green light and you could hear that the lock had been disengaged, when you pushed down on the door lever the door remained locked. We had to go to the front desk and were told to try lifting up the door handle instead of pushing down on the lever. This did work but we also had to try putting the card into the lock before getting the green light.

We really liked our stay, but definitely needs some repairs done. The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, and we will definitely be back again.

We were there for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We chose this spot for the pool and hot tub. Just wanted a relaxing week off. The hot tub was empty, and the heated indoor pool was 50 degrees. The hot water in room 132 had to run at least 8-10 minutes before it even begins to get warm. These are things that just needs "repairs". After the repairs are done, this hotel was indeed great ! We don't hold grudges and we will be staying there again !

We were able to check in early. Hotel was clean and comfortable and about 15 min from the airport. The shuttle ran on time. This area seems fairly new, and has several restaurants and brewery nearby, which is convenient.

We were hoping breakfast would be at least partially out before 5:00a.m. as we had to catch the 5:00 shuttle. They started putting things like cereal but not bowls or milk, and nothing you could grab and take. Luckily at the last second, bagles and cream cheese appeared that we could take with us. Not really on them, but just would be nice if it was 10 min early.

Loved how spacious the rooms felt. Everything was well spaced out. With 4 people we did not feel cramped at all. Close to the airport as well. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge included, always a plus! Breakfast was great. Parking was easy. I'd come back again for sure

The bathroom is a weird situation. I believe they were trying to go for a "homey" vibe but missed the mark on the bathroom doors. They were pull out doors, like a closet. Therefore, no locks! So if someone was in the bathroom and another person didn't know, they could just swing open the doors and walk in. I would reconsider this design and place a door with a lock.

Room was lovely, beds comfortable, shuttle service great, breakfast good, desk service good. Convenient to/from airport and train service there. Because of a luggage delay for our flight, traffic flow to shuttles changed, and the shuttle was packed full. The driver was sure to arrange to come back to get us as soon as physically possible. The morning driver helped us find the way to the train.

It would be good for this hotel to lengthen hours for breakfast. We got up early enough (after a late night arrival) to make it to breakfast during the last half hour - before 8, I think - and so many others were doing the same that supplies were short and there were no tables left. We waited for hot food from the kitchen and took our plates to our room. A 9:00 close would be much better, and avoid that overcrowding.

The free shuttle was reliable and on time!!! Room was large and I will probably look to book there in the future.

After traveling for over 30 hours to get there the heater in the bedroom was blowing cold air only. I decided to not change rooms and turn up the heat in the living room area. Bathroom faucet was loose. The other major problem was that after that long of a travel day, I didn't see the sign that said breakfast ended at 8:00 a.m. It was surprising considering it was January 1st. A holiday with a traditional late rising time. I came out at 8:07 and there was very little left and no one cared to help when I asked about it. I was told there is a sign. I was not at my best and this meant I had a breakfast of only carbs which added to me feeling horrible.

The shower was nice and HOT.. it was awesome The king-size bed was very comfortable and I got alot of rest, which I'm thankful for.

The lobby had an awful smell of rotten eggs. The front desk acted like they couldn't smell it. The next time we came in, there were several air filters around helping to clean the smell. The pool was freezing the two times we attempted to use it. Leaving the one hot tub over crowded with other guests complaining of the pool water temperature. We didn't realize how far this location was from shopping, sightseeing, and downtown. When they say 13miles.. understand that easy 35-45 mins for anything, and you're going to cross over areas several times. It's a great location if you need a place to sleep if you're only used to the airport.

My husband, kids and I, along with my parents and another group of friends stayed here august 22nd-the 25th! I have stayed in many parts of Denver and the outside of Denver many times. This location is much safer especially if you're traveling alone (as a woman) or with kids. It is a little further of a drive (about 20 minutes) if you're going to Eliche Gardens, the zoo or any if the other exciting attractions Denver has to offer, but it's worth the drive! It's a quiet part of town with lots of restaurants, shopping and fun things to do! There is a great little frozen custard place right down the street! I appreciate how everything you need is a straight shot down the road, too! The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and informative! There was always fresh coffee, the breakfast was great, too! We purchased 2 double bed rooms and they were well managed, clean and comfy. The TV is a little small, but that's just a personal preference! We could sign in to our Netflix, which is great when you're traveling with young kids like myself! I would have given the room a 10, but the only thing is, I was unaware you had to request room service to come and clean and change sheets/bedding. They took care of it right away, so it wasn't a big deal! Also, the shower water was never hot, it was lukewarm, but again not a big deal. You can tell this is a very popular location to stay because parking at the end of the day is terrible to find a spot. All the outside entry doors remain locked 24 hours a day so no matter where you park, you have to enter from the main entrance. I understand their reasonings, just a little annoying when you have been put exploring all day lol. Sometimes you need to have your key card reset...I am assuming this is a safety thing. I'd imagine if you dropped your key card and someone tried using it, this is why. Again, no big deal! The pool was nice, not too large, but good size for the kids!

Again, nothing too bad, the parking is very congested at the end of the day. The shower water never got super hot, more lukewarm. Did not know you needed to request room service to change out sheets, bedding and clean the room, but again this is no big deal. All the staff were great! We enjoyed every minute!

The room was great with an amazing view, the staff when we arrived were friendly and super communicative. Breakfast was great and the areas we visited we nice and tiddy

The lady that was checking us out didn't really seem too friendly or nice. She gave me the receipt for our stay ( however, I wasn't aware of that, and she didn't say anything, and I assumed I had to sign it considering on the paper there was a guest signature at the bottom ) she seemed really unfriendly and was not communicative. I'm not sure if it was slow morning, but she was definitely the only negative of the trip.

The front desk staff is very friendly and considerate. The hotel is ideal for those with flight transits.

It would be better to have a fixed schedule for the airport shuttle, rather than having customers wait or call the front desk with no result. I waited for almost an hour in the midnight while they claimed that the driver is running late/ coming...Additionally, clearer instructions on where to wait at Island 3 would be helpful. The waiting area (West Terminal, Island 3) is quite large, and it’s difficult to locate the right shuttle, especially when carrying several pieces of luggage. A standing sign for the hotel shuttle would be appreciated. However, the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was prompt, as requested.
