Breakfast was limited but attiquate and fresh. Room clean and functioning easily, no wierd

While nothing actually rude took place the staff did not greet or initiate a "good evening, welcome". Never one smile from any counter staff and they spoke Spanish to each other while we stood there. 25 years in high end resort sales, different I know but I am an expert at this and I'm telling you that one difference, while I'll probably be back, is fierce loyalty and " whatever, just pick a place". On a housekeeping note: the door on 207 is set so tight it would crush an adults arm and would absolutely amputate a child arm, leg or worse. Go see for yourself.

There was a free shuttle and the location is near the airport. It was spacious, with a clean room and bathroom. The curtains blocked out the light well. It's near other hotels and a convenience store.

It took almost an hour to get a shuttle. The first shuttle was full (they combine you w/ different hotels) and so I had to wait for the next one. The driver said the next shuttle will come in 10 mins, but it never came. I had to wait until he returned, 30+ mins later. Then I heard him tell new guests the same thing "just wait here, the next shuttle will come in 10 mins." The voicemail of the hotel says to wait in front of Door 512, but the driver stopped in front of Door 507! The shuttle is a black van with two other hotel names.

Good location from Denver Airport, easy to find and park there. Comfortable bedroom and quiet. Nice breakfast.

Not great welcoming staff on reception.

Clean and new..The General Manager was very nice. She tried to be as helpful as possible, but she is working with a very broken internet system which is not her fault.

The internet wasn’t working throughout our two day stay. When we checked in, the front desk was unable to access my reservations. I didn’t like the location of the room, the front desk once again blamed the internet and was told I had to stay in that room. Also, they claimed because I booked through Booking.com was another reason for not being able to change the room. I felt between the internet problem and the hotel doesn’t like working with Booking.com there are many other options for the airport which should be considered before booking here.

This basic, new facility was a great value and exceeded my expectations. It's quite inexpensive, so I was a bit apprehensive. What a pleasant surprise! It had a great bed, a warm and pleasant bathroom, and the decor was aesthetically "fine." If I'd wanted, I could have eaten at any number of restaurants nearby. I didn't need to eat, instead, I did some binge sleeping before an early morning flight. It was 4 minutes from the airport parking I'd reserved. I've since learned this hotel has a free shuttle to the airport, so I'm sure I could have skipped the other parking expense and just left my car in the hotel parking lot.

I left too early to get breakfast, on the free shuttle. The bathroom was very clean and looked good. The furnishings were most satisfactory and not beat up in the room itself. Everything was very clean and well kept from my perspective. Although I didn't have time to explore, it seemed like there were lots of places to go. Shuttle driver was nice.

The only thing I would change is the paint in the hallways. It is a dingy tan and I think a lighter color would perk the place up a bit. the paint in the rooms was fine though, and that is where you spend most of your time.

As a frequent traveler who values cleanliness and comfort without spending too much, I was pleased with the overall experience. The room was outdated but clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which met my expectations. The room was also spacious, and it came with useful amenities like a fridge. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport, which runs every hour and takes about 30 minutes. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite nice for U.S. standards, offering scrambled eggs, hamburger patties, fresh porridge, cereals, yogurt, muesli, bagels, toast, and more. The 2-hour late checkout the staff granted me was a nice touch, and the fitness room, though small, had enough equipment to get a quick workout in (treadmill, elliptical, and a weight machine).

The pillows were too large for my comfort. Additionally, I had an issue with the shuttle service, so be sure to remind the front desk 15 minutes in advance.

This is my second time at this hotel and I recommend it for travelers who have early or late flights from DEN. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is as good as expected. Even though the hotel is close to the airport, the sound isolation on the windows is really good and you don't hear any aircraft noise.

There was a strong smell of marijuana at the elevator when we arrived at hotel. We didn't smell it on the next day, but they should have stricter policies about smoking at the hotel dependencies.

The location was very good and also close to a plaza with food stores and other shops. The breakfast was a grab and go but, at the same time very good. The scrambled eggs were great and so were the sausage patties. The juices were also good even though I would have provided a more 100% orange juice concentrate. The overall building and the restrooms were very clean, I would definitely recommend this lodging!

Some members of the breakfast room service were behaving a little too personally, criticizing from afar and observing guests based on their clothing and appearance. It wasn't nice to see that.

A superb location, just south of the airport in an up-and-coming area. Lots of hotel chains in that vicinity, which is nice for any traveler. Very busy building apartments, homes, etc., in that location. A Mobil station was within walking distance so we could get gas for our rental car. Safe, clean area. There are eateries close by too, which you can drive or walk to. We did venture over to Ted's Montana Restaurant for their famous Buffalo meatloaf and superb crab cakes. That was about 20-minutes away. This hotel is very, very nice and the whole experience was very pleasant! Great location, facility, staff, and safety.
