Decent breakfast, pretty standard fare: waffles, meats, yogurt, bagels. Nice selection of juices. Lobby was a great place to just hang out. There is a Starbucks and a bar in the lobby. Within walking distance of the train: but you can't hear it roll through which is nice. Very quiet except for the occasional vaccuum rolling by. The rooms were spacious and well stocked.

The guest laundry was a bit infuriating. You have to download an app, make an acct, and pray you connect to the washer. Mine didnt connect for almost 20 mins. Not the biggest deal if you don't need to wash clothes though. 2nd thing I didnt like is housekeeping knocked on my door at 8am, even though I said no to housekeeping. I guess I didn't put the placard up, but still!! 8am!! Late night guests be mindful of that...

I loved the facilities, the hotel lobby is great, everything is so welcoming, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and lively, so many areas to enjoy the lobby. The room was comfortable, I wish the hotel would have suites, or family rooms with seprate bedrooms, that would have made the stay excellent. Close to the airport was perfect. Staff was very helpful.

The breakfast was ok for $8.00 added on to your hotel stay. I think the only thing that was great was the bacon and hard boiled egg. There was a lot to pick from, but compared to the pics on the website, no comparison. The ham, it was so cold, scrambled eggs cold. It would have been better if it was free, then I wouldn't have felt like I wasted my money. The other thing, as a family it would be nice to have a microwave in our room, we had to share a microwave in the hall, and with a baby and warming bottles, or food, this was very inconvenient and we had to wait and keep checking to see if the microwave was in use. That was annoying especially with a crying baby.

Loved how close the hotel is to the A-line train.

Everything was as expected as to the details of the room. Breakfast did consist of a good selection and changed daily with different options. It's more than just a bagel and coffee. Fruit and yogurt, cereal bar, eggs with a protein selection, hash browns or country potatoes, waffle iron to make. And toast options. The breakfast is a great addition for the price of the stay.

It was a very positive experience. The only thing I would say is change the linens/towels sooner than your current policy for extended stays. It was clean and fresh smelling. I was there for 6 nights. 1 change at day 5...

Location was good being near the Pena station for train. Shuttle to get to the airport was very good, but if it is busy make sure you get your name on the waiting list. Room size was good and bed was very comfortable, it also had a small lounge section. Nice functional bathroom. Even had a view of the mountains (not all do) Was near Rocky Mountain Arsenal wildlife

Breakfast was not very good by comparison to most other hotel breakfasts I have had. Choice was a little slim, cereal was mainly children's choice. No bacon. Eggs were very dry and had to wait for them to be replenished. Room was too busy to get to the waffles. Pillows are not comfortable. Paying $14 for parking per night is a bit of a joke given the amount of space out in the middle of nowhere and it is not undercover or secure. Could do with a microwave, and a kettle instead of the silly pod coffee maker.

The Hyatt Place provides an excellent pick up service from Denver airport. So after a long trans Atlantic flight it was good to be met and quickly whisked to the hotel. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable It is easy to walk from the hotel to the local station and a train gets you into central Denver in about 20 minutes. It was a nice touch having complimentary breakfast. I was most impressed though by the staff .. the drivers doing ‘ transfer’ , reception , housekeeping and breakfast staff were all so pleasant and welcoming

The room was good- comfortable bed, great bathroom! Spacious rooms as expected, though the sofa bed-couch wasn't very comfortable for sitting on. Nice views towards the rockies. Staff were very pleasant and there's a free shuttle to the airport.

We went down for breakfast at 8.30 (an hour before breakfast finished) and there was minimal food left. The place was also very dirty, food all over the floor and throughout the hotel lobby. The tile that has been used throughout the lobby, breakfast area and elevators is terrible and shows all the dirt marks. The place just looked dirty all the time. The only other issue, the air conditioner was behind this weird screen. It didn't seem overly hygienic, but the temperature was also off and the room was constantly a warmer temperature than the air conditioner was set for. Location was in the middle of nowhere, unless you plan on using the train to go downtown. We didn't have a car, but there were hotel guests parking on the street so not sure if there's a fee for parking...

The location was great as we used the RTD train to go into Denver for dinner near Union Station and was great for getting there in the first place from downtown. The shuttle to the airport was good. The rooms were modern, and the place is well-kept. I needed a place where we could be without a car and yours is in the best location for getting to both the airport and downtown.

The phone in the room was inoperative. The front desk told me that is a problem in many rooms. He offered to move us to a room that had a working phone but I didn't take him up on it, but I should have when my cell phone was having a poor signal. The hotel's airport shuttle's driver has a large "Tips Appreciated" sign in the front. That is poor taste - it's insulting. There is no restaurant at dinner time in the hotel and there is none in walking distance. (But the RTD train made it possible to have no car and go into the city for dinner. The fares on the train are a great deal.)

The property has caring and kind employees. Our flight to Phoenix from Denver was cancelled after we flew in from Munich. We stayed the night at the airport and I called in the morning to the Hyatt and they had availability. We were exhausted and the hotel checked us in early. Wow! We thought we would have to wait till 3:00pm. What a kind gesture. We will never forget how all the employees were top notch. The room was wonderful, clean and the bed very comfortable. Thank you!

Breakfast was pretty good but not amazing. The selection of food items was slightly varied from day to day and the quality was decent. Hot and cold items were available and the add-ins for the oatmeal were pretty good. The pool was incredibly clean and the workout facilities were very good for a hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Several items were unavailable for us on days 2 and 3 of our stay. Coffee, oatmeal, and various cereals were all unavailable to us even though there was still time on the schedule for breakfast when we finished up.
