Friendly staff. Good service by shuttle company. Decent breakfast. Good water pressure and hot water for shower. Butter for breakfast/waffles was room temperature and could actually be used versus most places the butter is cold and does not spread, (important stuff). Bed and pillows were pretty comfortable.

Gross (blood?) stains on top corner of box spring mattress, near the head position. Light over the sink was missing cover, open wiring and did not work. Pay to park the nights staying at hotel seems to be a new thing at these Denver airport hotels an I don't like it.

I was able to check in early around 2pm. The king size room on 4th floor was very clean, and spacious. Fridge and coffee maker, the coffee needs improvement! The Dove products in shower and sink are awesome, such a great smell! Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast good, but needs more replenishing (toast and bagels). Shuttle is wonderful. Restaurants in vicinity were walkable!

Breakfast could be available longer than just from 6 to 9am. Better coffee in room!

I arrived on flight delayed by weather. I was happy to find any room, let alone a very nice one at a decent price. I arrived with only the clothes on my back and no toiletries, so I was happy to find the nice selection of shampoo, shower gels and lotions. I had no where to go it was nice to find good WIFI and a good selection on TV. The staff was very friendly at check in, breakfast, check out and the shuttle. Breakfast was better than expected with lots of hot choices and morning drinks.

Not much to complain about but the shuttle did arrive at the airport about 15 minutes later than quoted. I expect delays especially when the weather is an issue. It was a bid deal however as I had no coat and my luggage was held captive by then airlines.

Everything is always great when I stay with them. I never have any issues really. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Parking can be a little bit of a trick to park. It's very hard to park. Maybe for the people who are leaving their vehicles there. It should be a designated area just for them. Also, some of the rooms have the blow dryer attached to the wall and it hard to blow dry my hair completely. Maybe just keep them in the bag or in the room dresser drawer or even maybe near the iron and ironing board.

The breakfast was descent. Similar to most motels. We paid to leave our car there when we flew out and used the shuttle. Getting to the airport was easy.

Called motel to see where we needed to get the shuttle for the ride back to motel. They said out the doors to island 3. Failed to mention they only pick up one side. We waited over an hour until another motel shuttle driver told us they were on the other side. Once we walked across to the other side, we finally caught the shuttle. No name on bus to let you know ow it was going to baymont.

What I liked was that the room had dove soap! I was shocked to see it! It wasn't just the little bar but pumps worth in the shower; for your hair and body! The quality and quanity of the soap showed me the care and thoughtfulness to the guest! It's all about the little things that can make or break any situation!

What I didn't like was that when I called to ask the hotel how much for the deposit; they said $50. When I came to check in the sign said $50 PER NIGHT! I didn't appericate the miscommunication.

Good breakfast, good value, airport shuttle, location to restaurants

First staff member I talked to re: taking shuttle to the hotel seemed impatient, and wasn’t able to tell me much about the shuttle, and how I would know if I was getting the right one. The pool was closed. I think that should be advertised, as I may not have booked here. I wanted to use the Fitness centre to do some physio exercises, however there were no 5lb weights. The lightest were 10. Some lighter weight options for women would be nice.

This hotel was very close to the airport, but still in a nice area with a lot of businesses close by. The hotel was very clean with diligent housekeeping. I loved that they offered shampoo AND conditioner as well as body wash and lotion. It was really convenient to freshen up while traveling. We didn’t eat breakfast, but it looked great. Appreciated the free coffee all day.

You have to pay for parking which was a bit surprising considering it wasn’t in a high demand area.

Close to the airport. The standard king room was sufficiently large enough for us to spread out our suitcases and enjoy a little extra elbow room despite the fact that it says it’s only 129 ft.² on Booking.com. We almost did not stay there because of that stated room size, but we were quite surprised that it is larger than that. The breakfast room was also large and the breakfast was a full hot and cold offering. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean and heated and the room was also very warm which would’ve made it enjoyable. The area felt safe and the parking lot was well-maintained also. We will choose this hotel when we fly in and out of Denver in the future.

Normally would be hesitant to comment on an Airport Hotel as they tend ( on my travellers budget anyway ha) to all be somewhat similar but I have to say the one thing that isn’t always the same is the shuttle service and I found the one at Baymont was particularly concise and efficient- barring weather conditions and other unforeseen incidents, felt you could set your watch to it! It’s what you want after long flights. Beds were also very comfortable, staff friendly and just found it provided great value.
