Vey easy directions for shuttle pickup at Denver Airport! They came in 10 minutes! Thank You! Great Value and super staff. A special thank you to them all as they seem to enjoy their jobs! Special thanks to Terry on checkin, Housekeeping for a squeaky clean place, and Breakfast Staff for quality food. Super breakfast, too, with complimentary tea and coffee in lobby and also in room. Spacious breakfast room! Refrigerator and microwave in room a nice touch! Super room size and great internet service. Nearby restaurants in walking distance if you like! Slept like a baby...very quiet!

Excellent breakfast - eggs, sausage/chicken patties/fried bacon, roasted potatoes, cut fruits, whole fruits, cereal, waffle-pancakes, bread, muffins & hot beverages. Large size and clean serving and seating area. Room was good size and clean. Great to get access to the airport shuttle. Warm, friendly & helpful staff.

Nothing major - Walls are a little thin. Had to check a few times with front desk to make sure I am on the shuttle for airport drop-off.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff! Our plane was delayed, last minute booking, shuttle collection from the airport was perfect. The room was biggest, best room we have stayed in! The outside temperature was -19°C & we survived it comfortably :) Shuttle bus driver was an absolute gentleman, drove us to the hotel with rain & snow!

The hotel was close to the airport, shuttle service (although you have to call hotel from the airport to tell them where to pick you up). The room was clean and comfortable. The reception was very friendly.

I would like to see a better explanation on the shuttle service on the website.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. It was less than a 10 min walk to several restaurants... Urban Sombrero, Ted's Montana and Applebee's. The fitness center was clean, with new equipment. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine.

No complaints.

Good WiFi, clean room, good breakfast

I'm a Hilton Honors member. One side of the hotel has view of the Rockies, the other side a parking lot. We got the parking lot view. I didn't realize this until after I checked into my room and felt it was too late ask for a room change at this point. In my opinion, the clerk should have made every effort to put us in a room with the best view available unless the hotel was full which it wasn't. We spent 3 nights last week in Colorado, all in Hilton hotels. I would have felt a lot better about choosing Hilton if my room assignment would have been handled differently. This is not criticism of the clerk at all. Everyone we encountered was professional and helpful.

Best place we stayed on our adventures through Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, SD, and Nebraska. Breakfast was great, everyone was nice and helpful.

The down comforter on my bed looked as if someone had blown their nose on it. It is sandwiched between spread and sheet, so it must have been missed by the staff when cleaning the room.

Staff was helpful and accommodating after our flight was cancelled and were not able to get our luggage. We weee given waters and toothbrushes and other supplies for the evening.

Most comfortable bed. Spacious room.

Better breakfast than other places we’ve been but would be good to healthier choices such as plain beans which would go well with the omelette and add some fibre.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast had good choices.

The beds were a bit squeaky- might benefit from replacing the mattress. The rooms could benefit from color updates.
