The breakfast was awesome and the staff putting it out very helpful. The meet up at night when I first arrived was great getting snacks and drinks and relaxing in the seated area. I loved the shower in my room and my room over all, it was nice to have a kitchen.

Disappointing that for such a nice place the pool area was closed. The website said it would be open by my stay. They did offer to use the hotel next doors pool area but honestly that’s kinda inconvenient. My class was very physical it would have been nice to sit in a hot tub on site. There were ants on the main hallway to the right on the way to my room 107. It would have been nice to have been allowed a late check out.

Nice stay relatively close to Denver airport (about 17 minutes away). Offers shuttle service from the airport there but you must call them in advance to schedule it. Important: hotel shuttle for THIS location at Airport Way picks up on the EAST side of the aiport! Leave the aiport using EAST side 505-503 doors (we were on the West side waited for over 30 minutes until somebody explained that to us). We scheduled the shuttle again to drive back to the aiport and went well. ROOM was clean and beds extra comfortable! A few restaurants in the area you can walk to for a bite.

We missed breakfast due to leaving around 6:30 am. I wish breakfast would start a little bit earlier than 7 am. At least to get some coffee. Hotel shuttle directions were not clear (in regards to where exactly the pick up location was). Phone number in booking website for the hotel did not work, apparently it is an old one. So this delayed our shuttle pickup reservation.

Room was amazing—clean, huge, tastefully decorated, comfortable.

The front desk girl at checkin time was impolite and unprofessional. Only hotel ive ever been to that makes you wait in lobby until exactly checkin time for cleaning. We just asked if there was some other room already cleaned that we might get into a little early (we were due to checkin for a flight right at the exact same time as checkin) and the girl rolled her eyes and snarked back “NO. There arent.” And walked off.

Bed was amazingly comfortable! Large suite with living room & kitchen. Small amount of groceries sold to hold us over for a late night stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again, great value for a longer stay not involving flight to/from DEN

Free shuttle service wasn’t available for early morning time needed. Time slots between 3:30 am - 5:30 am were completely filled. Pool was being remodeled so no access to spa etc.

All clean, spacey, look new.

The dishwasher did not work (room 208). The shuttle to the airport is OK, but you have to pay attention to details (where to stay, communicate to the hotel desk in advance) in order to be picked up. Shuttle takes people from a number of hotels, so be ready to secure your seats.

The room was very nice. The staff was great and heard me when I thought they didn't!! Was super grateful.

The pullout couch isn't that great, mattress was better than the last, but sagged a bit. Went next door for pool and hottub, still worth it though. Had an early flight, I'm sure breakfast was great,

They had an excellent breakfast with many choices. All the food was fresh and delicious. The coffee was good as well. They also had a shuttle bus that would pick you up at the airport and take you to the airport. The drivers were all very helpful and professional.

The property was very clean hallways. The rooms were excellent. The breakfast area was very nice clean well-kept. The food was hot very presentable replenished often.

There is nothing I did not like about the property inside and out. Everything was beautiful.

The location was great. The lobby and breakfast areas were beautifully furnished and the breakfast was very good.

The room's bathroom was dated and due to rain the metal gutters/downspouts outside the room were noisy all night long.

Pool and hot tub was not open. We has to use the Hampton Inn facility next door.
