Location is great, not too far from the airport, close to the shops and restaurants, yet on the side - really quiet at night. Staff was brilliant- especially lady at the breakfast- i think her name was Margerin(?) - so sorry if I got the spelling wrong! Really sweat lady who made everyone feel like at home with her amazing and welcoming approach. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast with really good choice and coffee available at the front desk 24/7 - with no extra charge!

Couldn’t fully close the curtains - this should be looked at to give everyone their sense of privacy - especially at the hotel/motel.

the staff was amazing, all but one young lady at the front desk. the breakfast lady was so welcoming and seemed to truly care about everyone that entered the breakfast room, even the maintenance man was so welcoming and he's the one that encouraged us to sing up for the hotel points plan.

could have had more warm verity of warm foods. we stayed for 6 days and had the same thing every morning. always eggs, one day sausage the next sausage patty, and some little egg patty. it's would be nice to have biscuits and gravy and or some sort of potatoes.

What I most appreciated was the friendliness and attentiveness of staff/employees - always friendly, a smile, a kind word I stay in alot of these type places in the course of my travels and most of them have seriously negative attitudes and vibes So thank you for the good attitudes! Also, good hot water showers, reasonably comfortable bed, fairly quiet depending on the neighbors, good enough breakfasts -- all in all a good choice for me

The only thing I didn't understand, or care for, was there are no blackout curtains in the rooms, sheers only! So ... people outside are able to look inside your room, esp at night, the glare from the sun made it difficult to use my laptop during the day, impossible to take a nap, etc

Very friendly at check-in. Our remote control for the TV didn’t work when we checked in, but Shannon was extremely helpful and friendly trying to help us. She tried to get the remote to work, gave us a different one, then moved us to another room where the remote worked. She was so attentive, genuine, helpful, and friendly- amazing! This should be the case in all hotels, but sadly it’s the exception. Just this experience makes a stay happy and nice, and it takes so little. Cardboard bowls and plates at breakfast, but no recycling bin.

I love the location close to the freeway entrance, restaurants,gas stations. Excellent and friendly customer service, love the fact that the staff do everything in their hands to make your stay pleasant.

Cleanliness could improve,there was stains on my bed sheets and comforter,bathroom was not super clean and it looks like the phone,tv and tv stands as well as the night stands they don’t even touch them, they were dusty.and they don’t do your room,only after the 3rd day of your stay so I would exchange the continental breakfast for a clean room after you get back to your room.

I like the security of the facility, the helpful and friendly nature of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the strong, hot shower and jacuzzi and the continental breakfast is great 👍

We could hear several of our neighboring occupants, which really isn't any fault of the hotel. And the coffee here is great, but we brought a keurig because we're spoiled rotten to Dunkin Decaf.

The hotel is clean, new and well manintained. The rooms are large, comfortable and have a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven. But the best feature of this hotel is the staff. They are nice, kind, efficient and going the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and happy. I don't know all their names, but everybody is great. Alla is always warm and welcoming, making you feel at home. Michelle is very efficient, friendly and tries really hard to provide the best possible experience and achives it! Thank you Gigi and Nevaeh for your kindness and excellent disposition!

The staff is wonderful! From managers to housekeeping attendants, we always had pleasant interactions. Gabby at front desk is warm and personable, always with a smile. Facilities are kept in great condition and the coffee is the best we've had at a hotel!

Honestly, when the coffee ran out for a short while

I liked the access to coffee and water throughout the day and night. I also liked the customer service from the staff, excellent. They were polite and even walked with me to the room to make sure the key card was working, after the first time of the key card not allowing access to the room.

The kids on same floor were a little loud and woke me up, in which, I had a hard time falling back asleep.

The breakfast was different each morning which added variety. The food was really good and the staff person who prepared the meals was very personable and helpful. It was such a great way to begin each day at the hotel. Please don't reduce or get rid of the great breakfasts!!! And, I appreciated the on-site laundry as well.

I wish I would have been able to stay longer so I could have enjoyed the pool.
