Location, price

Bathroom, I asked for a handicap room, bathroom floor was very slippery when water splashed from taking a shower. The shower floor did have a slope to keep the water in. While exiting the shower I noticed water by the sink flowing by the toilet. I had to lay down towels on the floor not only to soak up the water but also that i wouldn't slip. My brother has back issues and I had to make sure that he knew how slippery the floor was. There was No built in shower seat. There were grab bars by the toilet in the shower but more needs to be done regarding the water issue flowing into the area of the sink and toilet. Having grab bars is good but more needs to be done to be considered handicap friendly

The location was optimal for our trip and activities. The breakfast was a very nice meal. The facilities was amazing and clean. We upgraded our room and it wasn't exactly what we need for my family of 3, for just a little bit more in price the front desk person made it worth it to go ahead with the up grade to accommodate for our needs. We really appreciated that. After many times traveling and staying in hotels my wife and I agreed this room is on our top list of places we've stayed. We were really pleased with the amenities it provided.

After a long day of walking around for our activities we were a little sore in the bones. We went to the pool area to hopefully sit in a spa/hot tub to relaxe and recoup from the day. Only we were left to learn that there was no hot tub at this location. Made us a bit sad but we got over it quickly.

The check-in experience was great! We were traveling for a family reunion and we booked through Booking because we had a credit. Doing this did not give us the included breakfast that the booking code for the family reunion gave us but the hotel gave us complimentary passes for breakfast (which is awesome by the way). We traveled with two teenagers in one room and they were comfortable in two double beds, we booked the larger suite so we could entertain larger groups of family there for the reunion. People loved coming to our room to hang out, it was huge with two large sofas, a small kitchen area, a large cushion ottoman we sometimes used for additional seating, and a king bed. The only small downside was the distance from downtown Denver, the DTC (Denver Tech Center), is a bit disconnected from downtown. By car, with no traffic, it was about 20-25 minutes. But with traffic, it could take 45 minutes. But we knew this going in an we were ok with that, you just need a rental car to get around if staying here.

I stayed here a couple months ago and liked it so much that it was my hotel of choice for the return trip. I feel so comfortable here. Great price, comfortable rooms, and the breakfast (I paid about $24) is worth that amount. Nice place, close to major roads, and parking is cheaper than most Denver hotels and really nice. (Psst, park in the parking garage, not outside under the sun and elements and far from the building. Park on the second floor and you'll have hardly anyone around you, easy access to the building, and no sun/rain/snow/bird stuff on your car later).

Staff are generally 4/5 on the friendliness scale. Not a deal breaker for me.

The room was clean. Beds were great and parking was decently close. The app for parking was not something that I am used to but staff was friendly and helped us figure it out.

The only complaint I have was the smell in the room. It smelled something between musty and stale cigarette smoke. I understand that maybe not every room is rented daily but I would say that the ones assigned for check in should be aired out prior to arrival or something more for deodorizing should be done.

The building was nice and big spacious lots of elevators. The breakfast was delicious and had variety of things to choose from. My kid ate bc most times she is picky. The pool was too cold and the air conditioner was on so when u get out so cold. No hot tub the exercise room was nice

No microwave in the rooms or at least maybe have one on the floor if can’t place one in each room. The extra dues took us by surprise charged 50 each night for deposit which I understand and got it back after the stay but my kids weee like omg 150 they did not expect that had to pay upfront. The parking never been to a hotel that they don’t have parking for their customers. It was 12 floors and so believe should have a parking garage or something and maybe charge small fee but not 20 bucks a day when already pad almost 800 to stay.

My favorite part was the breakfast was actually inside the hotel restaurant. The food and the service was fantastic. The hotel was immaculate any time of the day. Available staff at all times.Our luggage arrived late and the staff took care of it after the airline dropped it off. Our conference was there in the hotel and it was amazing as well. Comfortable chairs and tables. I'd recommend staying here.

I wish there was a microwave in the little cafe. But other than that, my stay was beautiful.

The place is spotless and clean. Everything works properly. Staff is friendly and polite. I had altitude sickness during my stay and I got free water because of that to stay hydrated, very kind. I loved how soundproofed the rooms are. There was an event going on a couple of floors lower, and I didn't hear a thing! Restaurant is nice with good food and friendly staff. You could get coffee downstairs or in your room. Shower was good, beds were comfortable, not too soft. You can see the mountains from your room, which was a delight as they were why we came to Denver in the first place.

The buildings structure and open layout made it look better than most hotels. Loved the windows/ views throughout the hotel. Our bedroom had a nice open layout and a great shower. The bed was super comfy as well as the couch. The TV was placed perfectly for a late night tv show. The amenities were also a big bonus for a good breakfast or even a nice swim.

Our bathroom mirror wasn't changing the lights behind it, but it wasn't a big inconvenience.
