Breakfast staff was great during the week. Saturday was a problem. The chef was trying to run the whole thing by himself. He was trying but was a mess. Finally, the hotel management realized he was by himself and called in some housekeeping and the desk manager to assist. The chef was Hispanic and he was outstanding. He really should be rewarded for holding together a very difficult situation.

The upholstered furniture in the lobby was very dirty and worn. One elevator was inoperable, and the other was very noisy and made me a little concerned. The grounds in front were ill kept and the entry area was dirty.

The location and accessibility highways are trams into the city was fantastic, considering we were traveling for a concert. Staff was fairly accommodating and addressing any issues and modified some of their practices to celebrate the concert, even giving guest some gift bags.

I didn’t like that there were issues around the breakfast, being a booking genius member. Their weight staff was incredibly rude. We were served with a check before we even sat down and then because we continue to order food we were persistently being charged more, which could’ve been avoided if they were not so aggressive in the first place. When I address the issue with staff regarding the the effort to obtain a complementary breakfast they were very accommodating and provided a one time voucher is there continuing to address the issue with their headquarters. Overall, the food or breakfast was OK but the service was terrible.

Zephi, I know I am not spelling properly. He checked me and could have been more helpful and accommodating. I was in town for my mom's funeral and his ability to get me into a room earlier was a gift for me. The breakfast host was amazing as well. Breakfast options were great too!

The king size pillows are too soft and lumpy.

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with good counter space.

One elevator was broken so it took longer to get up and down. The workout facility was sparse. It could have used a regular exercise bike (non-Pelaton) and music or or the NBA playoffs instead of bad talk-show TV.

Tj and Cristina were very helpful and I will stay at this location instead of the Marriott across the street from now on when I come for work.

I thought the lunch and dinner food exceeded my expectations, however the breakfast food was a little bit too "cheap" compared to the quality of the other meals. The eggs felt powdered or fake, and the sausage was unappealing. I would suggest doing Ham over Sausage if possible because the bacon was too fatty.

Very sweet knowledgeable staff who fixed all the problems we had. The room and hotel were very clean, good view, and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Booking did get our reservation wrong. The name under the room was mixed up, making it harder to find. Then we were put into a handicapped room which didn't work for us since the bed wasn't big enough but the staff was amazing and fixed everything right away.

The day staff at the front desk was exceptional! I think his name was Jacob or Jake. He was extremely helpful and apologized that the staff didn't explain anything to me when I checked in. He figured out and explained the charges and was very friendly.

The night staff member seemed more annoyed than anything. She didn't explain anything, including why I got a room with two double beds when I booked a room with a king bed.

The room was quiet and away from the highway. I liked the size of the vanity in the bathroom, and the size of the room. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel did not have us registered for breakfast, even though I had paid for it when selecting the room online. Only one elevator was working, and it was slow.

Nice site(location) for my visit. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking my own car in a surface lot. The breakfast started too late for my planned departure on Saturday morning.

The fact that the pool was indoor and heated and the room of the pool was heated
