Room was clean and comfy. Gym was small but met my needs.

The receipts when checking out. All of my expenditure whilst at the hotel was fully itemized when I checked out. However, I paid for the room in advance using Booking.com. I was given a separate receipt for the room which did not match the amount paid. I'm now struggling to get hold of a receipt which shows the actual amount I paid. This is not the fault of the hotel but an issue with Booking.com.

The breakfast was beyond our expectations. There was a variaty of choices and you could have eggs to order if you wanted. we especially enjoyed the hospitality of your wait staff. The outside pool was a great way to spend an afternoon lazing around in your own semi-private cabana. Delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable and an outside deck was an unexpected bonus. We really appreciate your free shuttle service

I didnt like the fact that there wasn't a newspaper available to read with my morning coffee. Another minus was that there was ample parking around the property but you had to pay for it. Whats up with that?

The great staff...but to be honest we stay there cause every time we go to a concert...or sporting event we catch the RDT... it beats the traffic...and so looking fwd to breakfast.. the buffet is so good... never too tired to eat...

That as soon as you come out of the bathroom, you kick the fridge.. hurts my toe every time... 😫

I always tried to save a penny buy staying in a dump while in Denver... I loved everything about this place..the pool..the breakfast was awesome. You didn't hear anyone walking up and down the halls.. good parking close to the light rail for concerts... the bathroom had real size bottle of soap shampoo and towels..

What didn't I like... that it took me forever to find this place

Paying for parking!!!! Never mentioned and at the end I find out. Super disappointed. Not downtown where you’re fighting for parking. Be upfront or add into the nightly stay. HATE HATE HATE the hidden charges

I could go on and on about how great the Dounle Tree is...but bottom line it's just a walk to the light rail..and how great the morning breakfast staff is... the food is just amazing...keeps us full and coming back

That the coffee station in the room was close to the bathroom ,and I stubbed my my toe twice...🤣🤣🤣...but all and I love everything

This place was great, staff were all very friendly and helpful, everything is very clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable, the location was perfect for the show at Fiddler’s Green and just very pleasant and quiet.

There was a consistent noise in the room that sounded like a coffee maker going 24/7. The heater was lacking.

The staff at the front were really warm and greeting and super helpful! The property was absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. Great location to get to Fidler Green will definitely be staying here again!

There was no hot water kettle in the room. Although there was a coffee maker, it did not help much to get hot water out of it.. Bar facing room has a minor problem of hearing people having a good time in the evening :-) so might be better to put an extra sound insulation. Bathtub was severely clogged and took 5 min to be drained and could not be unclogged even if I talked to the house cleaning staff. (Taking a shower filled up the half of the bathtub feeling like being in a shallow river… )
