The rooms were huge, checking in was a breeze, had 2 pools and staff were ok.

The fact that it had 2 pools did not negate from the fact that they allowed people to hog both pools for an entire day (a super hot day at that). I dont mind sharing a pool but when they allowed 15-20 kids and parents to take over the entire pool for over 8 hours, that's just not fair to the people who payed the same amount of money as them. They also allowed those children to run up and down the hallways while the parents continued to drink on the pool deck.

Room was clean and comfy. Gym was small but met my needs.

The receipts when checking out. All of my expenditure whilst at the hotel was fully itemized when I checked out. However, I paid for the room in advance using Booking.com. I was given a separate receipt for the room which did not match the amount paid. I'm now struggling to get hold of a receipt which shows the actual amount I paid. This is not the fault of the hotel but an issue with Booking.com.

Staff was friendly. My room was clean. Location was great.

The balcony overlooked the pool, which was nice in theory. But pool was packed so it was loud. It is awkwardly laid out, some elevators don’t work and others don’t go to all floors. For the price a coffee station at the lobby would be nice. Plus parking fee is kind of rip off, I could see if you were in a downtown city- but just an up charge.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was incredible. The breakfast buffet was also great and had a lot of fresh fruit options. Wait staff was attentive and made sure everything was always filled. There is also a small coffee shop in the hotel which is a nice touch.

The breakfast was beyond our expectations. There was a variaty of choices and you could have eggs to order if you wanted. we especially enjoyed the hospitality of your wait staff. The outside pool was a great way to spend an afternoon lazing around in your own semi-private cabana. Delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable and an outside deck was an unexpected bonus. We really appreciate your free shuttle service

I didnt like the fact that there wasn't a newspaper available to read with my morning coffee. Another minus was that there was ample parking around the property but you had to pay for it. Whats up with that?

The room was just like the 📸 pics showed. My girl and I were extremely impressed..the staff was incredible. The breakfast was delicious. The hospitality was very pleasant..my girl and I will definitely be back Dex

The air conditioner.. it stayed cold but it's summer time so we were actually ok.

The location was excellent. We loved the hotel and the layout of the whole facility. The staff was amazing and we loved our room with the balcony. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

The great staff...but to be honest we stay there cause every time we go to a concert...or sporting event we catch the RDT... it beats the traffic...and so looking fwd to breakfast.. the buffet is so good... never too tired to eat...

That as soon as you come out of the bathroom, you kick the fridge.. hurts my toe every time... 😫

Paying for parking!!!! Never mentioned and at the end I find out. Super disappointed. Not downtown where you’re fighting for parking. Be upfront or add into the nightly stay. HATE HATE HATE the hidden charges

I could go on and on about how great the Dounle Tree is...but bottom line it's just a walk to the light rail..and how great the morning breakfast staff is... the food is just amazing...keeps us full and coming back

That the coffee station in the room was close to the bathroom ,and I stubbed my my toe twice...🤣🤣🤣...but all and I love everything
