The size of the room was nice for a single or couple. It was tidy and generally clean. Location is out of the way of the main city so the surrounding area is nice and quiet and not crowded. There are also some restaurants right outside the hotel which is convenient since there doesn't seem to be a whole lot else within short walking distance.

Walls were extremely thin and I could hear a lot from the hallway and the room next door. There was also a lot of noise from some kind of utility space that was next to my room. There were stains on the comforter, though it smelled clean. The room smelled very strongly of cleaner at first. The room felt colder than the thermostat read. I definitely recommend a car as there's not much nearby.

I believe I was surprised with an upgraded room! There was a full kitchen, living area, and a separate bedroom. The shower was wonderfully strong, the 2 TVs were large, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety of foods. I wish I was able to stay more than one night.

My last night their the person in the next room had the TV loud, but that isnt on the hotel, mostly on the person

It was nice to have two rooms and a small kitchen.

Everything was great. The only improvements are that the coffee downstairs was not very good at all. Somehow there is a problem with the venting system in the motel as when other rooms closed their doors-the room we were in, the door rattled and did so most of the night. We were not informed that there was a parking fee.

The staff was wonderful. Craig at the front desk was extremely helpful during check-in. This was a last minute reservation (literally in the Lyft on the way to the hotel) and within 5 minutes I was in my upgraded room. Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. Wifi strong, bed was comfy and the area was centrally located near plenty of restaurants.

I enjoyed the breakfast, also the chocolate chip cookies. Beds were very comfortable.

My room had heating issue but they were very helpful in helping me figure it out.

Taha and his staffs were very professional and always available, house keeping was great even reach out to us for items left behind in the room.

Sumanee at the front desk was great! The eggs were some of the best at a hotel that offers free breakfast.

Having to pay for parking. It was a regular parking lot and I didn’t understand why there was a cost for parking. Also, the pillows desperately needed replaced they were lumpy and flat

I would say that my stay was above and beyond the best stat we’ve had in any hotel. Omar who took care of us was kind, compassionate, considerate, and empathetic to our needs. We stayed there twice within 2 weeks as my wife had surgery nearby on 2 occasions. From top to bottom they were all fantastic!! Highly recommend this great team of people!!

The breakfast was very tasty, the rooms cleaned and stocked, and very cozy. The staff were all rockstars and I had a great time here.
