My Sleep Inn experience was good. The facility, by all appearances, was clean and well kept. The desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. My room was tidy, warm and equipped with the usual items. The breakfast buffer was adequate with the standard fare. That said, items that ran out were quickly replaced or restocked. A plus point was the complimentary PC and printer in the lobby area, which meant I was able to get some meeting notes printed out.

Location was good. Just 7 mins. from our intended destination. Great choices and presentation of breakfast items. Staff for dining area did a wonderful job.

Acknowledgement from desk clerk upon arrival was extremely poor. We stood at the front desk for several minutes while he shuffled papers. He eventually stood up from his chair, walked to the opposite of the desk, looked back at us over his shoulder and said "What can I do for you?" Could definitely use some training in more professional customer service skills.

I like the cleanliness the breakfast gym and pool and wifi connect All of the staff was very friendly except 1 lady who was very short and seemed stressed and not happy. She was the lady that checked me I'm both times. I hope she's feeling better. Her shortness made me feel not welcome. Plus someone was smoking pot in the parking lot and made the whole place smell of pot. Literally nauseating. When I came in choking she said well at least she's smoking it in the parking lot??? 218 light was flickering in the shower.

This hotel was so much better than I expected. First, Christy! She works front desk and helped me figure out Booking.com’s mistakes and helped keep me calm in a strange airport in a place I’d never been before. She was at the desk when we arrived 3 hours too early to check in and offered to keep our backpacks for us while we waited for our early check in at 1pm. She helped make the process so much smoother and less stressful. We decided to make the walk to Target, with a Starbucks! Turned out the walk was less than 7 minutes. There was a variety of walkable restaurants and things to do nearby. The room was nice, very clean, and the bed was comfy. No smell of smoke at all, as it is a 100% nonsmoking hotel, with a smoking section outside. The indoor pool was heated and clean. Towels provided in pool area. Breakfasts served every morning 6-9am (10am on weekends). Those potatoes are to die for. Waffle maker and fresh fruit, with some bread and pastries available. Hot tea and coffee available all day. Fridge and microwave in room. I was seriously impressed at the prices and quality of the Sleep Inn.

Booking was my only issue.

Comfortable and cozy room for a short stay. Everything was perfect, the heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable and with good sheets to withstand the cold weather. I loved the spectacular breakfast, varied and fresh, everything freshly made.

All good, I repeat, very good breakfast. I was in another hotel where the breakfast was very basic, everything was vacuum packed.

We could not smell pot like we did the night before at a competitor hotel even though they had a sign up that said no smoking any any kind to include weed. Your hotel was very clean staff looked and acted professionally. My dad owned several hotel in the 70's and I always take note of the little things when I travel. My wife and I were very pleased with your hotel and would stay with you again next time we travel to Denver. We booked two nights in Denver and we wished we would have booked both nights with your hotel.

This one is a hard one to answer because my wife and I liked our stay with you.

The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was much better than expected, with eggs, potatoes, waffle mix and waffle maker. The coffee was even good! The staff at breakfast was very quick at refilling the food.

The clerk at check in gave me a lecture about why I still had to show my Drivers License, even though I checked in online though a text message they sent me. I didn't need a lecture. Just wanted to know what was the point of checking in if I still had to dig out my drivers license.

The manager is a Karen, and you can't pay to check in earlier then 1:00pm and you should be able to especially if the hotel wasn't filled the night before and especially for people coming from out of state , over 12hrs of , (driving) in particular should be granted early access to their room already reserved, we slept In our car for 4plus hrs intill they got a room cleaned and ready , sheeshhhhhhhhhh

Breakfast was very good with various options. My bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the design of the shower in my room.

The carpet in my room had mileage on it, but that's not really a negative because I'm sure it's a busy hotel. I could hear traffic noise because the location is adjacent to I-25, but with the AC or fan on to drown out noise I still slept very well.

Courteous staff—front desk, room services ladies, and breakfast service ladies are all polite and helpful. Hot water and tea and coffee are24/7. Microwave and refrigerator are included in the room and they are clean.

Some guests put trash cans in the hallway during the night. Fruits in breakfast aren’t fresh.
