No breakfast, convenient location, very clean room thanks to housekeeper Isabel. I took a wipe and could not find one speck of dust. It was well presented and welcoming.. and the light was on [their slogan].

Required stay due to hazarrdess travelfrom snow and ice storm. Given a non-smoking room but homeless and other smoker's cigarette fumes seeped in and had a scary experience breaking out in a cold sweat and having extreme dizziness from this. Left as soon as I could in the morning.

The ladies at the front desk where really nice and friendly and really helpful thank you for your services.

The only thing was the bed in my room was broke the box spring I forgot to tell them at the front desk it was room 308 I belive not to sure it's been A while.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was spacious with fridge, freezer AND microwave which 5 star casino hotels don't even have anymore. Laundry facilities available for tenants for only $2 wash & $2 dry per load, pet friendly atmosphere made my animal feel at home!

Frequent malfunction of room key(s)

I had stayed in this location before, it's near my workplace and easy to commute by RTD bus or light rail system. Close to a few full service restaurants and a 7 Eleven and about half a mile West of a small Walmart and more retail stores.

Only coffee service no cereal or muffins available

I liked the price and how they found a way to accommodate me after being overbooked. They didn't simply send me away

I didn't like how easily noise traveled outside to inside. Not the quietest environment to sleep. Additionally, the place seemed a bit run down.

The room was immaculate.

Even though given a smoke free room, many guests smoked outside and the stench from that was seeping into my room at night- highly allergic to cigarette smoke, I got really dizzy And broke out in a huge sweat- almost passed out-

Staff was very friendly and helpful. She even called my room to make sure everything was good and if I needed anything. I would definitely go back to stay here.

Wish they served breakfast in the morning but other than that nothing else was a problem.

The location was fine there was an Applebee's and a Diner in parking lot which was nice. The overnight staff was nice.

The check in staff was rude. The p-lac e didn't have a fridge, AC a microwave.

The place did not seem over crowded and the staff at the desk (Ebonee) was amazing.

The gap between the door frame and the bottom of the door was seriously lan inch or more. One could easily make out the print design if the carpet in the hallway. Had to shove a towel to feel comfortable.

It was pretty quiet actually

The convenience of a vending machine that doesn't even work a microwave that wasn't there it was like they had stuff but it was all stuff you didn't like
