The bed was comfortable, the convenience and the number of EV chargers was fantastic. The shampoo and shower liquids were great. It was a quiet room and close to my business meeting in Lowry. I would definitely stay there again.

The A/C wouldn't go below 65 and room was a bit warm. It would've been nice to have it go just a little bit lower (62 maybe). I know it's a higher-end hotel, but a microwave would've have been wonderful - or a shared microwave. I brought a healthy meal from home and had no way to heat it up. One at the end of the hall - or one downstairs would've been awesome.

The room was phenomenally clean, spacious, and well kept. The gymnasium was complete with everything my wife and I needed to workout. The food was expensive but prepared nicely. The concierge, Mr. Thurman, was an absolute delight to converse with. This gentleman and I talked multiple times and every time, it was like I had known him for years. He was extremely friendly, polite, and humorous. Ms. Angie in the restaurant was another delight. Her and my wife hit if off from day one and after I spoke with her, I understood. She was the same as Mr. Thurman. No matter how busy she was, she always had a smile on her face and a polite/nice thing to say. She was another breath of fresh air. The entire staff behind the reservation counter was the same, they were awesome. The pool was not available at this time due to the season. They had a laundry so that patrons could wash their clothes if needed. The location is great for getting around to different places.

Security could have been better. Although, I spoke to the security people and they were great people to talk to and very nice. My wife and I saw people of questionable intentions in the parking garage a few times and reported it. Didn't feel entirely safe in the parking structure. I heard gunfire all around the hotel every night I went out to smoke. The security personnel stated that the area was under gentrification and that rival gangs and drug dealers was fighting over little pockets of territory. So, be careful in that area at night.

Front desk was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable

Parking garage is at end of the hotel and it’s quite a walk to the front entrance which is the only entrance from the garage. There is a daily charge for parking that is not mentioned anywhere that I could find. The front desk staff was kind enough to accommodate me and give me a pass to park closer, but I think this is something that should be made known before booking. Daily construction right in front of hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, and the lobby fireplace was cozy. There was a mini fridge and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area. The hotel shuttle to the Peoria station for the light rail system was so helpful to get to downtown Denver.

I was here for a conference and my main priority wasn’t to be a tourist. The location is on the outskirts of downtown but accessible by Lyft or the light rail. The lighting in the bathroom sink area was very dim. I found that odd but not terrible.

Clean room, extremely comfortable bed, so I slept well. I checked in early for a writers conference, and my room was ready 90 minutes earlier than I expected, which was great. The staff were excellent: courteous, professional, and gracious, particularly the people who worked the conference’s large lunch and dinner gatherings.

One day I was there, the weather was beautiful, but there was no comfortable place to hang out outside the hotel and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. Also, even though I was out of my room for the better part of the day, no one came to make the bed, replenish coffee and coffee mugs, and empty the trash.

Vehicle parking is in a covered garage next to the hotel, convienient for a more secure feature. Restaurant facilities are on site dinner was great and breakfast was filling. All of the staff was professional and clean. Rooms are comfortable quiet and very clean. Easy check -in for sure.

Cost is definnetly a factor if you are looking for a budget stay this hotel will not fit the bill. Extra charges for parking and food is also charged to the bill no freebies here... The view is not the greatest in the Rocky Mountains.

You need to request room cleaning in the afternoon, as it won’t be done otherwise. Additionally, they don’t provide drinking water bottles daily. We found that the cleaning service was minimal, only involving bed making and basic bathroom maintenance.

Father was having a very big life saving surgery at Anschutz, the shuttle back and forth was so helpful. The room was real nice, shower rain head was real nice! The staff from the restaurant asked each day about my Dad and how we were doing which we thought was so very nice!

Some design stuff not well thought out. 1) Snow on the ground and you have a long walk uphill from parking not sheltered from the snow. 2) Shower very poor thought process as water splashes out on the bathroom floor. 3) Food containers from hotel restaurant are larger than the trash can provided 4) exhaust fan in the restroom is non-operational and room gets uncomfortably humid during shower 4) no handicap parking

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Property was very clean and maintained. Laundry on location and exercise room excellent. The hotel shuttle was very helpful for me as transport to/from hospital.

Shower was just warm in my room. Parking garage was added expense. No microwave in room.
