Steve who runs the place is a gentleman by all accounts there and doesn't put up with any riff raff hanging around the hotel,,,,, also the new girl at the front desk who works today shift a lot and who sometimes is ask to work overtime and does it without any resistance,,,,,, a lady who deserves respect and is good at her job

That I had to leave,,,, what a mood is that my stay was over,,, I enjoyed my stay a lot

The staff here were pleasantly attentive as we got sick when we got here. They knocked for our trash gave clean towels and I saw security walking around a few times. Made it easier to focus on getting well. Thank you so much 😊

We didn't like being sick.

Love how close it is to the interstate, dispensaries & restaurants. Front desk staff was also very nice and welcoming. Really appreciated that they offered juice in the morning too.

Door was sketch. Had to slam it hard to make sure it closed properly. However parking lot was really well lit at night at least.

Because I party and smoke the room was fired just for my use . Therefore. I did not leave americas best. As a noted guest who destroyed and or left the room a disaster and damaged . Thank you. Americas best for being just what I needed you to be !

I had to get out of bed and go get my own breakfast .

I actually got a really good deal online at the last minute I was looking and for two days so I decided to book it and stay and it's a really nice hotel I mean it's in it's in Denver but it's on the outskirts and montbello but as long as you don't go over there that's fine no but it's fairly it's a really nice hotel it's it's a five star to me, it's really quiet at night when you sleep so loud noises nobody partying nobody nothing it's really nice place

No pets are allowed if you're traveling with pets you have to pay $50 for them to be in the room with you each animal

people were great quiet comfortable place. Not a vacation destination. But for business. More than average

Lack of a breakfast. 2 little Debbie type cakes and coffee is not breakfast. The pandemic mess is over

Staff is friendly and professional. Complimentary breakfast to Denny's restaurant is appreciated

Need cosmetic touch-up. Guests were very, very noisy in the hallway at night time.

Customer service, comfortability,etc

Some of the heaters, and TV's don't work correctly, and some of the beds have big dips in them, also hair from house keeping on linen isn't to appealing

Nice front desk people except owner or manager kinda aggressive an rude

Don’t allow dogs or anyone with a dog on property an kept my deposit twice but had people with dogs in rooms

I recommend the America Best Value Inn,price is right ,room is clean ,quite , comfortable .
