Rooms and cleanliness

Checking in, the front desk representative was rude. My room was paid for, and she had a problem with the card I was using for incidentals. She was rude and condescending as if my card wasn't good enough for status. They only used 20.00 for incidentals, and she acted if Chime Card wasn't good enough. When I used the card for paiding for the room. Make it make sense.

The breakfast was amazing and very good. The fitness center and pool had a lot of equipment and were clean

The only bad thing was the first level bathroom. I went to the restroom around 10 pm and saw that the toilet paper was on the ground and it was a mess. The next day I went and the mess was not taken care of. During our stay we experience a outage in power. We were not checked up on. My sister is a special needs and was panicking during that time. We had to leave our room and go downstairs in the dark to ask what was going on.

The location was great. Everything was in good condition.

The pots and pans in the kitchen were not usable. I have a medical issue that requires me to prepare my own food and this was not doable here. This made our stay difficult. The streets nearly were very loud and made sleeping a challenge one of the nights. Other than that, it was perfect.

The sofa bed mattress is not very comfortable to sleep on, only includes 1 pillow and 1 sheet. If a more comfortable mattress, a 2nd pillow and bed sheet could be provided, that would be a great improvement

Convenient location. Easy access from interstate. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

Several youth sports teams staying at the hotel. Made for a bit of extra noise and difficulty navigating breakfast. Not too bad though, I have kids, I understand.

Everything was fine. Room was spacious, clean and quiet.

Arrived and 2 other families were waiting at the front desk to check in and no one was there. They said they had been waiting a while. We only waited maybe 5 minutes and the front desk lady came back and got everyone checked in.

Loved the location. Breakfast was good.

The house keeper who serviced the room while we were gone took my perfume 😠. It was one of my favorites and is discontinued. I thought that was very unprofessional.

Everything was great, loved our room and the location!

My only complaint would be the lighting in the bathrooms, it was hard to see in the mirror while getting ready.

They have everything you need a fully equipped kitchen living room space, a bedroom swimming pool, and breakfast in the morning. The staff was extremely friendly. You get a lot for your $$ here

They don't have a hot tub

It was so convenient to places to eat and to downtown. Also it was a safe area.
