The beds and pillows were comfortable, the hotel was so quiet, the property was clean and staff was friendly.

You have to drive by a sketchy area to get to the hotel.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and we appreciated the cookies at the front desk. The parking lot felt very safe. Our room was a nice size and very clean.

The pillows on the bed were extremely flat and uncomfortable. We couldn't get the sofa bed to pull out; it seemed to be stuck or maybe broken? There were about 5 large moths in our room. The elevator doors seemed to have a problem closing sometimes.

Very friendly staff! May have been short handed but the customer service was fantastic. Very cute and comfortable rooms. Loved the outside doors in the rooms! I wish they mentioned that the pool was closed because that was part of why I picked this place but I still enjoyed the stay!

I just wish there was a way for them to post on site that their indoor pool was closed.

Nice room with courtyard location and everything clean and very quiet. Didn't use the breakfast, but there is a small cafe downstairs in the hotel with various offers. The hotel is a short 20-minute walk from the nearest train line, which takes 15 minutes to downtown or 30 minutes to the airport. Walmart and several other shopping stores within walking distance.

In the evening/at night I recommend to use Uber or something similar, because it is a bit scary in the area and there are all kinds of homeless people in the neighborhood. But that's not the hotel's fault.

While the facility was under construction and there were some moths in the rooms, the service and general friendliness of the staff made for an exceptional experience in spite of it all! What GREAT people

With the construction & the moths it was a little cumbersome.

Location was conveniently located off of 70 which was perfect for my family as we were only passing through the area and needed a single night stay.

Clean, up to date and nice rooms! Nice large TV, quiet, nice shower. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable even when having to work New Years Eve and Day!

Disappointed the bar and hot breakfast wasn't open. We did receive a refund for breakfast since we paid for it. Beds were decent but a little firmer than I like. Location is a little tough to get to.
