Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were good. Pillows were great. Rooms nice size. Great customer service as we checked in. Good amenities in hotel with the bar.

For a nice hotel like this there was no gift shop if you wanted snacks you had to walk to the liquor store next to hotel. I personally like to put my clothes away but no place to put your clothes. Also housekeeping needs to pay attention to the items in the room we had no bath gel but 2 conditioners and no soap dish.

The Hotel was great...with inside pool, fitness, sauna .. bar ..Game room. For a few days this is definitely ok.

The Transport from Denver airport to Hotel must be fixed, a more detailed on how to reach the Hotel would also be a good option. The Hotel did Not have Transportation from and to the Denver Airport. Need to go by train to be picked up after 5 stops...to be picked up at the train station by the shuttle bus...I mean this can be better. It's only 15 min ride if get picked up at Denver Airport. The train cost 2 dollars( min) per person...and it takes longer just to get at the Hotel.

Beautiful lobby, nice restaurant and bar, staff helpful and friendly, I liked the 24 hour shop which I heavily used. The swimming pool was nice and the gym was great too. The fact the gym was 24 hours was super helpful for me. Room was neat, big, stylish, great shower. I saw the mediocre reviews so I wasn't expecting a lot but I was very pleasantly surprised.

All good really, just a small suggestion, no changing rooms or towels for the pool which made it a little more complicated. Stopped me from using it because of the extra hassle. Otherwise all good.

It was in such a cute location, staff was absolutely top notch, I’ve never been in a hotel that smelled so good! Pool area and balconies could use fresh paint, but every other aspect made you feel like you were at a high end 5star hotel. Will stay here again next year when traveling to Copper! Steven at checkin was fantastic and so welcoming to my family, who had been traveling 12 straight hours.

No free coffee only downfall. Have more luggage carts available.

This was by far one of the best experience in a hotel I have had. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy, the balcony was nice. The staff was the best staff I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel in my life. They were extreamly nice and always said goodmorning and acknowledged you when you walked by the front desk. They went above and beyond in kindness and hospitality. In our fourth night there a family got a room next to us and were loud and kept us up all night so we let the front desk know and they upgraded our room amd gave us free breakfast vouchers to the restaurant. They were seriously so nice. The locations is close to everything you need such as Walmart a gas station dispensary liquor store tons of food and shops. Literally all on the same block. The pool was nice and really pretty at night it is lite up with like purple led lights, they have a small arcade with a pool table inside. The parking isn’t included and it was I think 19 a night. Breakfast is not included but they have food nearby and a restaurant in the lobby. The only thing I wish I could change is to have microwaves in the room. They have one down by the pool but it’s not very convienient. Otherwise the hotel and staff was amazing. Really fees like a high end artsy hotel.

I enjoyed this property

The room was great, overlooking Downtown Denver. We selected the hotel for a couple of nights ahead of a holiday touring the mountains. We selected this one even though it was out of town because the cost of Downtown hotels was ridiculous. We planned to use busses to get into town, but the hotel ran a free, on demand, shuttle to the local train station which was great.

Outdoor pool was closed (we were warned) but indoor pool was too warm to enjoy. We selected the breakfast included option, but menu was restricted.

The bed was way too hard Not in a firm way, but in a this feels like an old, cheap mattress way. The pillows were too soft and completely flat. The bathroom countertop was cracked, the shower door leaked all over the floor, there weren't enough towels, and the provided shampoo/conditioners had fallen off of the wall.

All staff members were congenial and helpful. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. My room was quiet and the food was delicious.

Snacks such as nuts and chips were available in the gift shop but unavailable when the gift shop was closed.

We liked the accessibility to the bathroom and the blackout curtains. The nightstands were nice to have especially with the USB ports attached. We also liked the fact that you needed a room key to access the elevator or even the common room bathrooms. It makes sure that people who aren't supposed to be there don't sneak their way in. The breakfast was delicious but expensive. I paid $5 for a small glass of apple juice that wasn't even cold and $8 for a cup of yogurt with a few berries in it.

The bed was extremely hard and made it feel like we were sleeping on wood. I had to buy pillows from Walmart and sleep on top of them. We asked for turn-down service twice and nobody cleaned up the room. All they did was place two sheets and some towels on our unmade bed. The trash cans were full and there was a dead moth on our bathroom counter. They didn't even take our wet towels out of the bathroom. Our TV also froze and wouldn't even shut off.

Very nice and enjoyable .

The agent charged me and I had already paid for my stay. Charge still pending and having to wait for the drop off process is never a good experience especially when the charge should have never been taken. Also, the restaurant/bartender stated he could not process my card on his register stating something was wrong with my card, however it clearly swiped for the check in process and I had to go to to the atm in their lobby and it worked just fine because I paid the bartender in cash. Just not an acceptable experience considering the type of establishment and reputation the hotel is marketing.
