It was a delight to receive excellent customer service from each of the employees we encountered. As sadly, this was not the case in some of the places and restaurants we visited while in Colorado. From Check-in/check-out to breakfast/dinner and the lady serving drinks, who engaged with all the guests. The hotel is located close to a couple of plazas and restaurants, it was clean, comfortable and appears to be a safe area.

Convenient location, comfortable room, free parking, breakfast and evening buffet. Popcorn snacks. Friendly attentive staff. Happy to earn points in lieu of daily room service. Didn’t have time for pool or gym this time but will be back.

Breakfast buffet did not change. Same items were offered every day. Wish there was more variety or rotation of items over the week. At least the evening buffet rotated three main entrees. Tacos, chicken pasta and pulled pork.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. We had one night I booked for work and another two stays made through booking.com. The staff made combing the booking so we could stay in the same room effortless. I believe his name was Omar, and my apologies if that’s incorrect. Also the breakfast and dinner (plus drinks) included in the stay was the best, it’s better than advertised. Will stay here again 10/10.

Nothing, even the pay at the counter for drinks and snacks was a fantastic deal.

The location was great. The breakfast and hours were good and the kickback with popcorn making the lobby smell good in afternoon was welcomed. The shower heads are awesome! All staff was kind and welcoming. I could select my room cleaning days. I could get extra towels at the front desk without going back to my room and waiting for housekeeping. The room was clean. Free parking!

The freeway traffic some nights was bad. I do not think the hotel can do much about that. The queen beds could use four pillows. One at least being a little more firm. The toiletpaper/kleenix is too scratchy and thin I went out and bought my own. Breakfast some variety throughout the week like hard boiled eggs, breakfast burrito etc for those that stay a week or more. Kickback hot dogs should be cooked a little longer.

My girls and I loved the pool and hot tub. The room was nice. The bathroom was large. Breakfast was good. We would have enjoyed the snacks and happy hour but the timing didn't work for us on this trip.

The privacy lock was loose enough on our room door that on our first day the lock "fell" into the locked position when we left our room for dinner. When we returned later in the evening, it took quite a bit to get the door unlocked, and the front desk person was unsure she would be able to at all. This is something that should be fixed if it happens often. Pretty worrisome for a mom with 2 young daughters at 11 pm.

The staff here is awesome! The complimentary breakfast and "snack time" (which is really dinner and drinks) were all really good. All adults over 21 received drink tickets for three complimentary drinks during snack time. They even have free popcorn. The wifi is really strong for a hotel. Room was comfy.

There were a lot of updates going on, so daytime construction noises and no pool available. The gym is just running and cycling equipment and a small free weight corner.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent food options. I had to cut short my trip for a family emergency and drive back to Denver and fly back to Stl and India. The staff was extremely helpful when I asked for a refund they explained to me what I needed to do. I plan to take another trip to Denver and I will definitely stay here and have even referred all my friends to this hotel.

I don’t think I have anything negative to say

The first night we had some very noisy people that kept us from sleeping. The assistant manager was walking around at breakfast and so we mentioned it to her. She went above and beyond to help us find a better room for the rest of our stay and even gave us a small bag of goodies/snacks. She definitely went above and beyond! Every staff member that we encountered was very friendly and it was obviously they loved their jobs!

Breakfast was amazing. Dinner was so convenient. Hot and delicious food. Extremely clean rooms, comfy beds, extremely friendly staff. Great location. What more could you ask for?

I would have liked a heavier comforter, but the bed was definitely super comfy. Upon telling the front desk about my preference for a heavier comforter, they immediately provided me with a heavy fleece blanet to take to my room, and they even showed up with extra pillows too, and all delivered with a genuine smile. Just amazing.

The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The food was good! They had complimentary food and drinks during our stay which was nice!

I wish the coffee was out all the time down in the lobby area because sometimes you need coffee at off times. There was a small individual type of single serve pod maker in the room, not ideal , but it helped to have that. Also, a little strong :))))
