Breakfast had a good selection for a breakfast at no additional cost. It's appreciated that coffee and hot water is provided throughout the day and access to filtered water in the gym was great!

Minor point... the cushioned row a seating is very low to the tables making it a little uncomfortable to eat there if no other seating options are available. This needs to be higher to match the person sitting opposite on a chair. I heard other guests make the same comments.

Great location in the Cherry Creek area, right off Colorado Boulevard. The hotel was nice, the beds comfortable, and there was ample parking. The breakfast, which included hot options, was also good.

The $5 parking charge is ridiculous. There was ample parking and that really should just be included in the price of the stay. I would just prefer they raise the price of the hotel $5 a night to include parking, if they think that's necessary. But it seems really petty and silly to charge $5 extra for that per night, especially since there is a ton of parking and most people will be driving given the location.

Breakfast was good, I really enjoyed the waffles. The room was nice and cozy and fit my family of three perfectly! The staff was awesome and very accommodating, the front desk fulfilled a couple of unconventional requests without hesitation!

The pool was out of commission for renovations during our stay which was disappointing but I do no believe you can hold that against the hotel or the staff.

The staff was super - friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast. We had two rooms and our grandson swam every day!

Fire alarm was malfunctioning - went off four times in one night, and another night in went off at 1 am and they could NOT shut it off or tell us if it was a false alarm. We had to go out to our vehicles in our pajamas and wait for the fire company to tell us we could go back in. Our 10 year old grandson has autism and it was a terrifying experience for him.

The beds and pillows are comfortable. We like the location and amount of parking. the breakfast is a good way to start the day.

So this is the third time we stayed here and we were in the new renovated 6th floor. The door was very hard to open and it got stuck. The shower curtain would not stay closed because it is at a slant at moves towards the middle. I have to stay we liked the second floor better. Also not a fan of the egg omlette on Thursdays.

Friendly staff and cleanliness

Have to ask for room service. Have to pay a $250 deposit upon arriving along with your room fee. Deposit was not disclosed beforehand.

Good location and parking. Easy check-in, friendly staff. 2 queen rooms on same 5th floor. Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A free large breakfast available, eggs/ sausage/bacon/waffles/ oatmeal and more. Breakfast area kept well stocked and tidy. Plenty of seats. Stayed 3 nights with no problems here.

Not the hotels fault but needs a warning: Be careful of a large pothole on the main street leading toward zoo and museum in the left lane not far from the hotel. Thought it damaged the car!

the location is great, a lot of parking spots! the view of the city is amazing! the breakfast is nice, not too much but we didn't expect to much, the beds was comfy and we had big screen tv it was great

the room had a smell that didn't got off, also in this hotel you don't have a safety lock and you need to take all your valuable belongings with you

I've stayed here before and overall liked my stay. The location has plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The property itself is kept up and common areas look nice. The breakfast they offer is one of the best I've had with nice selection's of both hot and cold foods and everything was fresh.

Room maintenance could be better. I had a room where the shower didn't work. I could have seen about switching rooms but at that point I didn't want to go through the hassle. Luckily there was a tub.

Clean, the breakfast was very good, coffee available all day and night. The kitchen in the room was great. The beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping service was by request and she did a great job. The hotel was located conveniently to all the places I needed to go and offered a nice selection of nearby restaurants.
