Let me praise one of your employees: Tre James. I'm an early riser, so when I'm in hotels, I often talk to overnight desk staff, as I am in search of coffee. Tre and I spoke at length the first morning I was at the hotel. As a former network TV correspondent who travelled worldwide for 30 years, I've met uncountable numbers of people... and hotel staff. Tre is an exceptional young man, with worthy ambition. I urge you to give him every possible opportunity to elevate himself to greater responsibility within your hotel family. The availability of a perfect latte at 4:30 am (but I jest). f

Thanks to the help of Kevin Smith we got our reservation issue worked out. I had reserved 4 king rooms for 8 people through booking.com. They charged me for 4 rooms but only booked 2 rooms. It was very confusing because I had also booked 4 rooms for 9 days later, also through booking.com. They did the same with that reservation. They charged me for 4 rooms but only booked 2. We cancelled all 8 rooms and rebooked through the hotel. Kevin helped me talk to booking.com to explain what happened and tell them I should not be penalized for their errors. Booking.com was supposed to email the hotel to confirm this. Kevin gave me his business card and said he would work with me until the issue got resolved.

We had to leave before the restaurant opened for breakfast but had dinner there the night before. We were a group of 8 which was a little much for the amount of staff there. So we did not all get our meals at the same time. If fact one person did not get his until all the others were done.

The lobby dining area was an exceptional addition to our stay. The food was excellent, and Patty, Sarah and Demetri made us feel welcome and were attentive to our every need.

Room 901 was very small, and should not be charged at the same rate as other rooms. It was designed into left over space in the corner of that floor. It was difficult to move around the armoire and bathroom. Too many towels were stacked above the toilet and there was too little surface space to hold a travellers belongings.

Room was large and comfortable. Dave at checkin was very pleasant and helpful.

WiFi was very spotty and unreliable. I expected better from a major hotel. They wanted you to sign up for rewards program to get on WiFi. Very annoying. $12 per night for parking was unexpected and not appreciated

Very close to my son's house, having a Starbucks and a restaurant with breakfast is a big bonus. I didn't use the indoor pool but have in the past with my grandson. Hotel and rooms are clean and nice.

Having more room on the counter in the bathroom would have been a huge help. A child's breakfast would also have been appreciated.

The staff was friendly and nice the hot tub was nice we enjoyed that very much our room was great

We didn't care for paying for parking $12 that was a little crazy but okay and we didn't care on the side of the hotel we were on cuz that was the sunrise and it was bright and those curtains do not block out the light

The staff was excellent! I was met at check-in by two gentlemen, Ryan and another whose name I did not get, who were professional, kind and welcoming. They offered me water and shared some tips for combatting the elevation change since I was coming from sea level. They also graciously printed something for me. They were great!

The only negative aspect of the hotel was not having a fan system in the bathroom

Tre at the front desk was most helpful!! It was quiet. I never heard doors opening ,people walking down the hall etc.

I did not like that Breakfast was not included in the price.

Customer Service was friendly and explained everything about what was offered at the motel.

Shower doors kept opening by themselves while showering but overall was satisfied with our stay.
