The hotel was very clean and our room was perfect, with an amazing view near our bed. We got massages at the spa, which was a perfect end to our vacation. A good amount of shops around the resort, especially Cures and Curiosities and Nowhere Pizza - best gluten free pizza!

There is a lot of construction near the resort, so there were some loud noises occasionally. The pedestrian tunnel that connects the parking lot and hotel was also under construction, so we did have to walk a bit further to get to our car. But they do offer a shuttle, available via phone call.

Cozy, comfortable hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom was clean but very outdated. Staff was helpful. Shuttles stop at the door and they have a courtesy SUV to take you places off the shuttle line. Grandkids loved the heated pool even though it was too cold for me. Great sauna and hot tubs. Also has a game room and the kids loved that as well.

Room with balcony was very nice and comfortable, really enjoyed the spa amenities, massage, warm pool and hot tub. Hotel is convenient to park, and shuttle transport to ski area and around village is very nice.

There were limited restaurant hours and options on the property but pizza place on the lakeside was good and deli was good for quick breakfast.

An absolutely beautiful location. It's the off season and although there weren't many places open, we really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful everything was. The front desk was incredibly helpful and our room was very clean. There are plenty of dining options to choose from as well. The pool and hot tub were my 7 year olds favorite part. Everyone was kind, everywhere was clean and it was just a great trip overall.

There was a barking dog nearby our room that made it tough for us to fall asleep one night. It was pretty loud. I know it's a pet friendly hotel, but dogs should be kept quiet at night.

We had such a great time, for just one night it left a lasting impact and our son is already excited to come back. The sauna, steam room, pool, fruit infused water, the s’mores pie - we loved so much about our stay!

The room did get really hot at night even with the fan & windows open … that would be our only complaint.

Really great place to stay for a comfortable ski weekend. Going to the hot tub and sauna after a day on the slopes was something we looked forward to. Having drinks in the lounge was nice. And they are very dog friendly!

Because we brought a dog, they refused to clean our room during our stay (we just wanted new sheets and some vacuuming) without a separate cleaning fee, and this place wasn't exactly cheap.

Staff at check in were not friendly or helpful. Had to ask them where to park, what floor our room was on, etc. They didn’t explain anything and seemed put out to be checking us in at all. Great property and location! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Large quiet rooms! Parking was easy!

Beautiful property great amenities family orientated. Location to keystone mtn is perfect!

Everything was great!

Beds are always very comfortable, not too soft not too hard and the linens are fresh and have a clean smell. Room temperature very easy to adjust, view from the balcony was outstanding.

The room was extremely noisy- there was constant banging from either tenants in other rooms, or in the hallways. The walls seemed paper-thin.
