This hotel was the BEST find of our whole trip! Nancy, the General Manager, was the sweetest and helped with our accommodations after a long day of travel and made this experience a memorable one in the best way! I've never had customer service be this exceptional! So much so we are alredy planning our trip to Colorado next year around staying in this hotel. The room was perfect! Right in the middle of downtown Frisco, walking distance to all the best shops and food. So cute and exactly what we needed. The shower pressure was AMAZING!! The beds were so comfy and they lighting for makeup was supreme! We will be back year after year for sure. I can't wait to spend my birthday here year after year....come on 48!! :) Suzanne and Kurt

Nothing....we LOVED IT ALL!!

Loved the location on Main Street (a lovely street!). The hotel was a little smaller than I imagined, but stylish and well-equipped with communal areas and a shared tea/ coffee point with cereal bars available to eat. We enjoyed the happy hour where you get a free drink of wine (generous measure) or beer and can sit inside or out on the front patio. The room was very comfortable and had a fridge and a view of the hills. The hotel manager was helpful. There was plenty to do in Frisco and we wished we had planned to stay longer.

There was a little confusion about the parking, as the hotel say that overnight parking is not available at all in the town centre, but the town's website and street signs suggest otherwise (parts of 2nd and 3rd ave, close to the hotel, seem to allow overnight parking, though on different sides of the road on different days). I opted to put the car in the hotel parking lot and was not charged for this, so was very happy with the outcome.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the center of Main St. Between that and the on site parking, we didn't have to touch our car while we were there. The common areas, of which there are several, are cosy and cute. The rooms are attractively decorated, and the general manager was warm and communicative. It's also pet friendly, which is great for meeting other people's dogs, as well as making your own part of your trip. This place is absolutely ideal for having a cosy little place to land while exploring the town and having access to the amazing lake and mountains.

The room was pretty small, and could have used a chair. The only place to sit was the bed. Could use some pillow varieties to accommodate sleeping styles. Seems to run on a skeleton staff. One of the outdoor common areas needed some love in terms of its plants, there were quite a few dead ones which threw off an otherwise very attractive area.

The lobby and the amenities were a great touch. Knowing I’d probably see and need IV hydration packets and a variety of drinks was nice. The small things really count for me, including the type of shampoo and conditioner they had. The decor was cute and the bedding was comfortable. The customer service was amazing via text and their preprinted signage, I initially thought contactless checkin might be an issue but it was completely seamless and now I prefer it if they are offering what hotel frisco is doing.

Nothing bad to say, maybe the steps in the back could be salted too, it was steep due to the packed snow on the steps.

The location was great! Right on Main Street in walking distance to the night life and breakfast the next morning. Close to copper mountain for our ski trip. The hotel was cute and clean. There is no attendant which was fine they gave you the clear access codes to get into the building. We missed the happy hour because we did not get in till 630 but it’s nice they offer the people staying at the hotel one free drink.

Complementary snacks were a pleasantly surprising perk. We didn’t take advantage of the free happy hour drink. The lobby was very beautiful and location was great. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was above and beyond. Guest services was very responsive and helpful when I called before 10 pm

Our room with mountain views didn’t come with a view and was connected to the lobby. We could hear people coming and going and it wasn’t as private as we would have liked. I assumed ample onsite parking was free and I didn’t expect for it to be not disclosed that parking was $15. Although there was free parking nearby on a dirt lot. I was surprised to find the WiFi was unsecure without a password. The hotel gave a 10% discount when our smoke detector started beeping and there weren’t batteries onsite.

The recent renovations were perfection! The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the daily happy hour/comp drink. The property hosted a lovely musician on the patio Friday night and we really enjoyed ourselves! One of thr highlights of our trip honestly, she was very talented! Property is under new management. I cannot speak to the old ones but the current ones were helpful and quick to respond to any wants/needs/recommendations. Loved being right on main street where we had endless restaurants and bars right outside the door!

Wish parking would have been free but the free city lot was only one block away.

Location is exceptional, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The Hotel Manager Nancy, was extremelly kind to us! And even helped me out with room decor for a birthday, top notch! Love the fact that they ask for complete quiteness after 9PM I would just recommend packing a sleep mask to block the light from the street at night

My wife and I were there for a very short period of time. We enjoyed the late afternoon music and drinks. Plus the location on the Main Street of Frisco was outstanding. We would stay there if the need/ want arises again.

I thought the initial woman we dealt with was a bit confused and not focused. This could have been since she was new. Perhaps some additional training could be wattented?

Excellent location on Main Street in Frisco. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Great common area with fireplace beverages and snacks. Appreciated that dogs are welcome, although we did not have ours with us this trip. Hotel parking available for $15 per night fee. Room was small, but clean and efficient.
