Location (son living in Keystone), appearance, parking options, on site restaurant with lots of options, great drinks gorgeous views.

The bedding. We’ve probably stayed here about 3 times and each time the bedding has been uncomfortable, difficult to navigate (seriously) and caused us both to wake up multiple times during the night. Why? The sheets do not fit the bed! The “fitted” sheet does not stay on the mattress; constantly pulls up and off. The top linens (flat sheet and duvet) are too heavy. It’s almost like the bed having been short-sheeted. Incredibly frustrating especially since it’s been like this each stay over about 18 months.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had amazing views of the lake! Our room was larger than expected, the beds were super comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful! It was also in a very walkable location to food, the amphitheater and the lake.

These weren't really that big of a deal but the pillows were really soft, but still sleepable. And the shower didn't have great water pressure. I thought it might be the shower head, but it's just the pressure overall unfortunately.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made our trip even better with accommodating our needs and giving suggestions around the area. They really went above and beyond more than most hotels I've stayed at.

This building is very new, and yet while we were there one of the elevators broke down (but was fixed promptly), the heat pump (or whatever) for the hot tub broke down one night so it wasn't any warmer than the swimming pool. One of the locks to our room was damaged and hadn't been fixed. We had a kitchen that was stocked bare-bones (just plates, cups, silverware) so you couldn't really cook in it. The fold-out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. This place looks very nice but I got the impression that behind the appearance, some things were done on the cheap. But overall the good outweighed the bad.

It was very comfortable for our family of 6. The breakfast was fantastic and the front desk ladies were all fabulous. Check in and out was easy. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi after long days on the mountain.

The restaurant at the top floor was poorly managed and run. They promote the restaurant at the front desk, but you are not told to make reservations, so showing up unannounced was way too overwhelming for them to handle. We were seated, and ignored for 25 minutes before we finally left. (Never even offered water).

We were very surprised on how nice the hotel was. It was like a small version of a mountain resort. The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. The room was beyond perfect and the breakfast was fantastic. Very clean, we will definitely stay there again if our travel plans are in Dillion.

This is a dog friendly hotel which we didn’t know. That’s great and it was cute to see the small dogs but we would not have been happy with a barker next door.

Everything was fantastic except the restaurant. When we arrived we were told about it but nothing was mentioned about it being owned separately and that u would most likely need reservations to eat there or that there’s not guarantee u get to eat there as a hotel customer. Thats not good mgmt. we went up there expecting to eat dinner Sat night and got turned away.

Comfortable beds, great to have a kitchenette- even though I didn’t use most of it! Great location! Was a nice stay

Water pressure in the shower was low but overall I had a nice stay

Skied Copper the day of arrival and A Basin the day of check out. We're from the Front Range and just wanted a quick ski weekend for my teen son and I. Would definitely look at staying here again next season.

The price was a bit high, but it was also a last minute decision to go up and stay the night, so not too bad. Parking was a bit of a pain due to others parking in the charging spots, but not the hotel's issue.

This place was fantastic! We will be looking for Homewood Suites for future travels across the country.

The electric vehicle chargers were right in front. There is a $150 fine (local law) that prevents non-electric vehicles from parking there. Those spots were close to the entrance and would be better used for unloading. Perhaps move the charging stations around back?

The room was very spacious, clean and bright

Went down for breakfast at 9 and there was nothing left. Had to choose between muffin and yogurt. All the hot food was empty or old. Hated all the fees especially the $15 parking fee. So uncalled for.
