Love the location. It was around everything we wanted to visit. It was gorgeous and very modern! The staff were super nice too.

They had an electrical outage the first night we stayed and it felt like that is what messed up my room’s AC unit. Stayed there 4 days with the AC not really blowing any air but I did not let the staff members know as well about the issue, so that is on me.

Hotel Indigo felt very luxurious. The decor was very tasteful. The amenities were great. The location was perfect for us to access the recreational trails for biking as well as the outlet mall. Kucu bistro was so convenient and had a great menu for breakfast and dinner at a very reasonable price. Nearby garage parking was very convenient as was the check-in and unloading area.

Terrible costumer service! The guy at the front desk was very rude with me. I arrived at the hotel to check in at 5pm and they didn’t have a room ready for me. The guy just said “you can go i call you when we have a room!”. They charged me plus $70 in tax (supposed to be included tax & feels at the booking reservation already). Be ready to pay $100 per night as a deposit.

There is a reason I answered all of your questions with a smiley face. The Indigo in Silverthorne, CO is a new, well-designed, and well-staffed hotel in a beautiful and convenient location. The Indigo has a great on-site restaurant, with nearby eateries and shops a short walk or drive away. If you winter sports people want an affordable place to stay, near a great collection of ski mountains. This is you place.

The hotel was beautiful and everything smelled amazing! We were just passing through so we didn’t get to try the restaraunt attached but it looked nice as well. Also the soap & toiletries that they stocked in the rooms were heavenly. I tried to find the hand soap online to order for when we got home, it smelled delicious!

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Very nice shower with decent water pressure. The air conditioning unit was quiet.

The parking garage stairwell was pretty gross and smelled awful. It definitely could use a power/pressure wash. One of the bed coverlets had a makeup stain and a towel had blue stains. It just makes you question the actual cleanliness.

The hotel is brand new (last year) and has very appealing interior design in the lobby, room and throughout the hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly, room was unique and comfortable; no bath though but roomy. The restaurant looked good, but we didn't eat there. I thought the wine charge was a little high for the higher pour may be my only gripe. I would definitely stay again. The area is really being developed I think in a good way; a performing arts center, awesome rec center, art center next door.

Good location, comfortable beds, most of the staff was very friendly. S’mores and complementary wine were welcome after skiing.

No hot tub Two coffee pods in the room were allowed for one week? Unclear policies between the hotel/restaurant/booking.com “breakfast included”are not for your customers to sort out. The restaurant is separate from the hotel. Having to return to the front desk manager multiple times to for my ONE breakfast coupon was frustrating and embarrassing. Don’t bother purchasing the “breakfast included” price. There are plenty of places nearby to eat.

Property was in a great spot. Views weren’t perfect but nice. There was food options very close by. Rooms are decorated nicely and very clean. Housekeeping staff was great with supplies during our 4 day stay. Staff was awesome especially Brandon.

I booked and paid on booking but the property also had pending charges for the full amount plus for 4 nights it was 400 a night for damages on my card. They did drop off but that was 1400 that wasn’t available to me for a week. No hot tub

Extremely comfortable beds and wonderful shower. There is a Happy Hour every afternoon that is a bargain. Also each room has a refrigerator drawer so you can have healthy snack storage. Very dog friendly property and staff.

Not much room to hang your clothes.
