The closeness to lifts, ski rentals, ski school, daycare: having everything we needed at a few steps away is what we value most on our family vacations.

Full room service is offered just once in the weekly stays. For the costs of the stay, I think it should be done at least every 2 days.

Beautiful property at high altitude of 9,000 feet! Gorgeous views! Handicapped accessible parking and automatic door, luggage trolleys available. Very helpful and welcoming front desk staff! Incredible room with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Exceptionally clean room with a real wood fireplace, flat-screen TV, fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, living room area. Wonderful shower too with good water pressure. Lovely view too. Guest laundry available, pool, spa, games arcade, indoor mini- golf, restaurant on site with tasty food. My room had a balcony!t

There are several buildings and the label of each building and parking lot is NOT adequately lit at night. This makes it very confusing and difficult to locate one's building and parking when arriving at night. Suggest arriving prior to nightfall. It's possible to go from one building to another without going outside but it's confusing and requires using a combination of stairs, elevators and walkways. No air conditioning in the entire hotel. Interior rooms can get uncomfortably warm in the summer. A fan was provided but it was very noisy. Suggest opening the balcony door and keeping the screen closed.

The property has a big potential but it needs a good management to transfer it to excellent. It’s old fashioned and needs a lot of fixing, remodeling. The best was being close to the lift and hot tubs.

I was kick out with my son from the bottom bar where we played pool. It was our 3rd day of hanging out there playing pool and last day the bartender asked us to leave because his managers called him to do it. Where was the manager on day 1 and 2 where we spent time in the bar plying pool and jenga. Very unprofessional. The prices at the property were very high, food at the restaurant, grocery in the deli shop. Also it was too hot in the room and there was no way to reduce the temp. We had 85degrees one day. The sauna did not work properly, needs some Maintanance.

The two bedroom suite we had was great. It was plenty of space for our whole family. The full kitchen allowed us to do some of our own cooking. Firewood being available was a good bonus feature. We loved. having the fire going in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms all had good views.

The only thing that I didn't like about the rooms were the pillows on the beds. All the pillows were down material and very flat. A resort of this level should have multiple pillow options available for different types of sleepers.

Property is right by the ski resort - ski in/out. The 2-bedroom condos were comfortable and spacious with great views. We loved the convenience of the ski lockers downstairs. Also loved the hot tubs, pool and sauna. Great stay!

We stayed Thanksgiving week, and the grab-and-go deli was the only breakfast option. It would be nice if some of their on-site restaurants were open for breakfast during Thanksgiving, which I was told is considered shoulder. Some of the restaurants like Spencers will serve breakfast in the main season.

The location and property design was optimal for a ski-in-ski out property. The entire resort was planned out very well - parking room access, the resort amenities are all easily accessed from inner passageways and elevators. The beds were comfortable.

The room was dated looking. The furniture looks like it is from the 90's. Lamps and fixtures look old and were connected with white power strips. The bathroom was dated and the tub was clogged - making a slow drain. The tub drain, which should not come out, was on the floor next to the toilet... The one time we went to use the pool and hot tubs, I called and asked if I need a towel? The front desk replied no, there were towels available there. When we arrived, there were no clean towels, only a mountain of dirty ones. It took over 45 minutes before someone brought some fresh towels.

Great location close to Breckenridge downtown area and the mountains. The property has a fantastic shuttle which alleviated so much parking hassle for our group of 11, and the shuttle driver (blanking on his name but he was a skier from Wayzata HS and competed at Buck Hill!) was one of the best parts of our stay! Take the shuttle to the free Gondola ride, there is a fun adventure park but even if you just do the gondola ride great views.

This is not an issue if you are young and mobile, but in both our rooms both bathrooms and bedrooms were upstairs, none on the main level, just something to be aware of when selecting a room.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, there were feather pillows, having a kitchen was wonderful and you’re at the base of the mountain so we were able to just go for a hike right out the back of the property and it was about a 10 minute walk back home From being downtown.

It is really easy to get turned around at the property. We ended up missing a shuttle because we were doing laps trying to figure out where we were actually supposed to go for our pick up.

Great location, easy to get to town and the chair lifts are right out back. The free hotel shuttle that goes around town has an app, but the driver's don't always stop at each stop, I recommend calling, especially later at night. Room waa nice, but our window was broken and was just duct taped together. Me and 2 friends weree hoping for last minute spa appointments and they were able to squeeze us in, very nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

It was good. The building and facilities seemed a bit outdated the room was a nice surprise that it looked updated.

Parking and finding the room was very confusing. Staff was a bit abrupt when asking upon checking about where the room was located. It was like a maze finding the room. Wish we would have had more time to explore the property but with the confusing layout wasn’t sure that was possible.
