Checking in was easy and the location was great- within walking distance of the main street in town. The facilities that we saw were nice and the room was updated and comfortable. The bathroom was heavenly. The pool and hot tubs were nice. Location was just so nice- was able to walk to dinner and shopping.

There was no air conditioning in the room. They gave us a fan to use but for people that are not used to the CO weather it was a hard adjustment. It would have been nicer if we didn't have to sleep with the window open and fan going and then wake up cold at night. It was too bad that check-in was at 4pm- seemed kind of late especially when we had to check-out by 10 am the next morning.

The room was cozy. The sitting area and kitchen were nice and roomy. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The balcony had an amazing view. The added fan/portable ac/ humidifier were thoughtful additions. Perfect and beautiful walk to the downtown Breckenridge area. Lots of access to restaurants and shopping.

There was no signage to tell us where to park and the front entrance was under construction. So we parked in the wrong garage and had to move. The first garage we parked in, directly under the front entrance was hard to maneuver, but the hotel guest garage was much more roomy.

The room was very tidy, well stocked with coffee, milk pods etc, was well maintained, and had a lovely view of the mountains and river. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free. Short walk to the top of town where the shops and restaurants are. Good value for money compared to other places we've stayed.

Minor gripe, but no air con. There is a Dyson fan in the room, or you can open the sliding door for mountain air to refresh the room.

The ladies at front desk were so helpful and I was able to secure a room with an amazing view !

The breakfast was only one selection and not any kind of buffet or choices Usually one person making the order so it was a little slow depending on how many guests inline for breakfast The housekeepers spoke not one word of English and trying to communicate with them as they tried to get into my room on last day to clean was absolutely frustrating I shouldn’t have to learn Spanish when living in the US I already travel for work world wide as it is I had asked for a late check out and was agreed to by front desk however, Housekeepers couldn’t even understand a word I said If you’re going to hire ..the clearly, immigrants from another country you should invest in English lessons for them

The property is under construction in many areas, but we were given a room positioned so that it didn't bother us in any way during our stay. Room was great and appeared to be recently renovated, VIEW FROM ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL!!! We are very happy we chose the Marriott, and everything about the stay was excellent. The views and the location of the Marriott are truly wonderful.

Construction was an initial problem with check in/noise at front of property. EVERYTHING else was great!

The location was excellent. The lake was beautiful. The room was very comfortable, cute and pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had the waffle breakfast one morning and it was great. This is the second time we've stayed here and it will likely be the place we stay every time!

This had nothing to do with the resort. We had to push our trip back after most of the slopes had closed for the season. Because of this we had to drive to the gondola to access peak 7 for skiing each day. We were so looking forward to the easy access to Peak 9, but the timing just didn't work out. I'm certain it would have been a great experience to ski 9.

Great central location. We were in a studio suite in the Downhill Building (higher floors have best views) which was very comfortable all round. Great full kitchen with eating area offers real flexibility during the stay. Excellent shower over bath and spacious bathroom area. Comfortable bed and sofa. Very quiet in room. No charge guest laundry on each floor was very handy. Great outdoor pool - very large and plenty of space in pool and on sun beds even when busy. Very good overall resort facilities and always kept very clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing really to dislike although suspect some of the lower floor rooms may have limited views or be blocked by trees, but probably luck of the draw.

Marriott hotel was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was so well equipped, we had everything we needed. The size of the room was great too and the hotel's location was so convenient for easy access to the slopes. The free parking was a bonus. The children loved the games room and we all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs.

The bed cover for the sofa bed could have been better, another duvet perhaps.

Nice place very homey. all you needed was right there. highly recommend this place.

parking was an issue. although there was parking in an underground garage I was told that parking was down the street. I am disabled and have some difficulties walking long distance. So parking was a problem.

First and foremost we want to thank Brittany from the front desk. We booked in December and were put in a room below grade with a view of a concrete wall! NOT HAPPY! Brittany went and made it right! She IS what customer service is all about! We thank you again Brittany!
