We were happy to have a kitchenette in our accommodation so that we could make our own breakfasts and lunches. Using the shuttle and public transportation, it was very easy to get around. We were able to ski from the mountain to our condo.

Our room was a little smaller than we expected, but it worked out.

I was harassed multiple times by parking personnel leaving notes on my window, even though we had a parking pass.

the parking is tight but that’s mostly because I drive a full size crewcab pickup

Not much

Staff was rude, promised to come to room and never showed up. The kitchenette was not much more than a low watt microwave, a small fridge, ameniscule dishwasher, and a broken 2 burner stove. The shade also broke, the room was over 70 degrees. When I asked about the air conditioning, I was told there was no air, but the hallway had air.

Nice pools and activities. Shuttle was a bonus.

We booked 2 rooms and requested they be close together. Instead they put us in 2 different buildings. Building 7 had NON WORKING elevators. They told us they would be fixed the day after checkin. Of course that didn’t happen. Try having an 83 year old going up and down 3 flights of stairs for 3 days. Also think about lugging food and luggage up and down the 3 flights of stairs. It was absolutely a nightmare! No one cared…they smiled and said they’re working on it but didn’t move us or give us any type of discount.

Difficult to obtain a receipt for expense receipt for work expenses.

The room is out dated

The property was very nice, had free private garage parking, staff was very nice and helpful, had multiple outdoor activities, the location was good, and the free shuttle to multiple bus stops was very very appreciated. I would like to commend 3 employees…Anthony at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Also both Randy and Sharon who drove the shuttle bus were very kind, helpful, and informative. They both gave excellent tips for shopping and restaurants that were right on the money! I tipped both in appreciation but wanted you to be aware of their wonderful customer service. You can tell they both have a servant’s heart.

Even though the weather was nice for September, the room still got stuffy and warm even with us using both the ceiling fan and box fan in the window. AC would have helped a lot. We were there essentially for a wedding so while preparing for the wedding, AC would have been very appreciated. Also, I know that the restaurant The (something) Saloon is not staffed by the hotel management, but their food could be elevated. And blinds to draw down during the sunniest time of the day would be great. We sat in direct sun that was blazing hot and blinding until the sun could go down behind the trees. Window shades would have made it easier to visit with dinner guests and the temperature would have been manageable too. Also, although I appreciate maintaining beautiful grounds and amenities, the repair of concrete in the pool and outdoor game areas both interfered with the peacefulness of the area and our ability to fully enjoy that wonderful activity area. Also, we talked with guests who said they paid far less than what we paid for the same size room. We thought our room was priced too high even before we heard that.
