Beautiful hotel, ski valet, outdoor space and bar

Added charges including a $45 daily resort fee upon checkout, despite the booking price stating it includes taxes and charges. Assured me on checkout it was just on paper and no extra money was being charged, but that did not turn out to be the case

Beautiful hotel, big room, location, restaurant and bar was great. The bathroom was so pretty.

I booked a room with ADA bath facilities but it was not ADA-we ended up with a balcony upgrade so that made up for the error. A/C didn’t work well at all and the room didn’t get as cool as we like-the heat even turned on one night, when it was already hot outside. Also didn’t like being forced to valet park and pay for it on top of resort fee. Limited patio seating-only room for 11 people, but plenty of lobby seating. We couldn’t get a seat outside like we wanted.

The hotel was very pretty and well located. The rooms were large and clean with nice facilities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The common areas were very smart and well decorated. The staff were helpful and friendly. The valet service was fast and proficient

Having to take two lifts was a bit frustrating and the corridors could be a bit of a maze. It would have been nice if breakfast was included.

Beautiful hotel! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable!

It was a bit of a walk from the Main Street and the shuttle bus stops at 10:30pm. The valet was $55 per day which was ridiculous as the hotel was expensive already.

Room was very nice but had no view. Food was good. Staff was unbelievably friendly (Grace at restaurant, bartenders, Richard and Celine at front desk, and another front desk guy from Carpio, North Dakota).

Our room was very far from the lobby and had no view.

Room AC did not work, took several days before they were able to resolve and finally moved to a new room. If that didn't happen the stay would have been perfect. I will go back again.

Staff was awesome at restaurant ,front desk, and valet. Lobby was very clean, great job with renovations

Just my opinion 1. Bed was to low 2. Metal bench at the end of the bed was confusing. Need something there that you can sit on since room is small. Not sure what that was for but easy toe stub

It was very clean and accommodating with our dog. The lobby area was very nice to lounge in.

The heater would not shut off the whole night even when we turned the temperature down making the room very warm and dry, uncomfortable to sleep in.

Large room, beautiful view, dog friendly, friendly staff, good food in restaurant

Had to take shuttle to Main Street but only because sidewalks were icee. Otherwise we would have walked.

The hotel is new and freshly renovated. The location across from Beaver Run is perfect for anyone that skis.

There were very few amenities provided, not even coffee.
