The Lodge was in a quiet location on top of a hill with views of the mountains and ski runs of Breckenridge. The outdoor decks, fire pits and hot tubs were so relaxing. Loved that the Lodge had its own restaurant and bar. The rooms were spacious, clean and had lots of amenities (iron, ironing board, extra blankets and pillows, hairdryer, humidifier, robes, refrigerator, luggage rack, etc.)

Breakfast was included which was nice, but the coffee was way too weak for my taste and not very hot. We also paid extra to check in early, but our room was not ready. On a positive note, The front desk staff did refund our money and provided us another room with an amazing view.

Great location with a stunning view of the town and mountains facing south-west from the lodge restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast, happy hour, and dinner. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient with a toddler. The shuttle to the ski resort was a huge bonus, and it ran regularly, making for quick pickup times. The hot tub was amazing after a day of snowboarding. The room itself had a balcony, which was lovely for fresh air and to watch the snowfall. I was also impressed with the technology of the resort, including online check-in prior to arrival, a mobile room key, and more.

Very friendly staff. Brought our dog -- his first hotel stay and they made us feel quite comfortable with him there and gave him attention (and dog treats!). Gorgeous view from the deck--as promised--a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Our bed (2 queen beds) was spacious enough for two people and a large dog to stay in comfortably.

Our only complaint was that the AC unit was a bit inefficient -- wouldn't normally matter in the mountains but it was a hot spurt. Well, and the continental breakfast was just average.

Helpful information would have been great. My husband experienced serious altitude sickness, and we had no idea there was a humidifier in the room or where to seek proper, none ER help. They were great with questions we knew to ask but not great at recognizing an issue, even after we mentioned we were struggling with the altitude. Now that we know how to handle, we would probably have a better experience moving forward. Thank goodness we found PS Oxygen Bar. It was a lifesaver!!!

My Favorite place to stay in Breck for over a decade now. Scrupulously clean, old "ski lodge" feel that is actually missing from the main hotels at Breck's resort. Views are OUTSTANDING, unparalleled, from the back decks and balconies. I think I prefer the unrenovated rooms (carpets, fixtures are cozier), but overall, no complaints. Front desk manager whose name I forget -really sweet young woman- was so helpful and did everything she could to make our stay even better. And breakfast is fantastic! Real eggs, sausage or bacon, excellent potatoes, vats of real yogurts, fruits, waffles, breads, pastries... Zero complaints!

I always regret the lack of an elevator when we are on any but the main floor.

The beds were very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep much. They were extremely hard to where it almost felt like sleeping on a box. The breakfast was free which was great, but it was also so cheap that it didn’t really match the luxurious feel of the rest of the property.

The room was large and comfortable with spectacular views over the mountains. The only downside was the acoustics as one of our neighbours could be heard talking until four in the morning! Perhaps they were just exceptionally loud. The facilities were excellent, the location fantastic (there is a shuttle available on request to get you into town and back.) and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely stunning views from the room, the restaurant, the outside hot tubs. Really friendly staff, they gave really good advice about a hike we could do on the edge of "mud season". Great beds and lots of space in the room. Breckenridge is a really nice town with nice restaurants and a lot of things to do, even if you don't ski.

Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

Friendly staff, nice free breakfast & nice room. Our room was a little warm one night. The setting is beautiful. We got to bring our two little dogs, & we appreciate that you are dog friendly. We say a bear a hundred yards away that caused no problems.

The person on shift at the check-in counter upon our arrival (middle-aged gentleman, with long hair,he didn’t bother to introduce himself, so we don’t have his name), wasn’t very friendly and left out some critical information, like reserving a table for dinner beforehand, telling us there would be a wedding at the venue and not informing us that there wont be housekeeping for our 2 night stay. This might be common knowledge to regular guests, however, he made is blatantly obvious that it was our first time there, after asking us that repeatedly and performing a smaller version of the Spanish Inquisition in the same manner and likeness. Other than this individual, all other staff were very polite and respectful.
