Staff was amazing, everyone super friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and clean, free breakfast has good options and opens early allowing you to hit the slopes as they open. Complimentary parking makes it extra convenient. Free town bus, Purple line leaves from nearby 7-eleven takes you to the gondola, and Black line brings you back to the door of the hotel. Super convenient!

Nothing to complain, we had a great time. Getting downtown is a bit of a walk, easier to drive or take the bus.

The location was convenient across the street from the free bus stop, close to the Gondolas and downtown. Costumer service was great, great coffee too.

Bed sheets and comforters are made with material that makes a lot of noise when you move so every time we moved it would wake us up, pillows are not comfortable either. Not a good selection on breakfast.

Cheese & wine laid out in foyer in the evening is a nice touch. Rooms comfortable & good size. Very professional response when sending back home the headphones that my son had left in his room.

Breakfast rather basic - self-serve with little healthy choices & mostly in packets. On Day 2 there were boiled eggs in the fridge which was a nice add. Too far out of town on a busy main road to be able to walk or leave car - so had to drive & pay the crazy parking rates in town.

Staff was excellent. Beds were comfortable, clean room and easy check in. Loved free and easy parking.

The breakfast was all packaged and processed foods. Wish there were fresh options outside of bananas, apples and fruit. The hotel is a bit outdated and loud. You can hear your neighbors coming and going.

This is one of the best budget hotels I’ve stayed in. The front desk staff was super accommodating with my pre-arrival requests. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

This is an older hotel so you can hear if anyone is walking, yelling or talking outside but they do have quiet hours that seemed to work and past ten was relatively quiet.

The continental breakfast was very nice. Staff was friendly and attentive. The hot tub was nice for an apres ski soak.

Not the hotel's fault, they post no smoking signs and make clear that smoking in the rooms is not allowed. However, the stench of marijuana smoke filled the hallway and permeated my room from adjacent guests.

Check-in was easy with very nice staff. There was a $35 pet fee but it included a bag for our dog. A couple treats and a toy along with a list of pet friendly activities, and care if needed. This is definitely a dog friendly hotel. There was a nice free breakfast, juices, and coffee along with some snacks.

Huge hot tub, nice rooms with comfortable beds, Roku tv, Keurig coffee maker. Nolan at the front desk was great!

$25 resort fee is silly and for the total price of the stay the breakfast could have been more substantial than the typical waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, etc.

breakfast & snacks were amazing. Staff was amazing. Parking was good. Was a quick stayover spot in adding an additional night to beat bad weather (and our VRBO wasn't avail yet). Was a great spot!

Nothing. Met all the expectation. 2 levels, no elevator - but we survived!

The property was gorgeous. I had a Mountain View room on the 2nd floor reserved for guests with no pets. It was clean, had Roku TV, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed it there and slept like a baby. Very cozy.
