Location near town, gondola, and we were on stream side. Staff were very kind in person. Nice view of town from deck.

Well first off our tv did not work in living room. I called front desk and tech number and got no answer so we had no tv our first night. Next day tech did call up and they said it was remote and call front desk. I went to front desk and told the the problem and the replaced the remote and that worked. Place was fairly clean but there was a bottle with cigarette butts on the deck. The dining room table had dried tomato sauce on it and a big dirty eyelash, I kid u not. I thought it was a catapillar at first, ha. And a bottle cap and food crumbs in the bedroom dresser drawer. Also the carpet could use a cleaning.

The location is fantastic, a short walk to Main Street, ski bus stop at the hotel and just across the road from the arrival of the 4 o'clock run.

The hotel is in need of renovation, the carpets are old, as are the heating systems and the bathrooms. The price is not commensurate with the condition of the property.

Great place to stay and right in the middle of Breckinridge. Friendly staff, clean and well kept facilities, nice room and beds, lots of amenities. Would stay again.

Everything was great. Except the fact that I had to wait roughly 10 minutes for check in. Once someone noticed I was there and helped me, it was a good experience from there on.

location was excellent. covered parking was very appreciated, especially that we could stay thru the afternoon of check-out!

these are both a little bit picky based on our specific room and room type…. the room for the toilet and shower were really tight. if the door opened out into the vanity space, or was a pocket door, it would’ve been a lot more comfortable. also, our room windows looked right out onto the patio. I had to sleep with them open to get cool air, but it was a little awkward from a privacy perspective.

The stay was great overall!

The only reason I’m giving a 9 instead of a 10 is due to the interior lock on the condo door. While it did lock, it wasn't secure enough for a toddler — the door would still open if the handle was pulled, which isn't ideal for a 2-year-old.

Our condo was facing the river, so when we sat on the deck, you could hear the river, and the view of the trees and river were beautiful. The condo had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy our laid-back time. So close to downtown yet quiet enough to not feel that close. Easy to walk to restaurants so you don't have to always be getting the car out. Would definitely stay here again and would love this same condo.

I could hear others walking by in the hall when I was in my room with the door closed. The walls seemed quite soundproof, it was just the front door that seemed to pass sound through. As soon as I was sleeping this didn’t matter though.

Everything was great! I booked through an online site, and when I checked in, they went to charge me because it didn't show up paid. The gentleman at the counter did not charge me twice and explained how and what happened. The next morning upon checking out, it still did not show up paid and the lady working fixed it before I left ànd again explained how that can happen. The room was great!! Very clean and stocked well.

They were more than willing to accommodate us and got us in a room that was comfortable for a 2 day stay for a family of 4. Our first room was very small and in a corner with no view. They were happy to move us into a studio on the first floor right next to the pool. For no extra cost. Our boys could swim, and we could comfortably watch them play.

The beds were not comfortable, but the studio and location made up for it.

everything in our room went well, weird that the dishwasher went on automatically with not one touch from us, including not inserting the 2 glasses we used

We were on the first floor and both nights we experienced our upstairs neighbors stomping out their aggressions for 2-3.5 hours
