The staff were extremely pleasant, patient and courteous. I cannot overstate this. There was one guy when I checked in and another guy in the morning when I left, both were really nice, happy to answer questions and provide some guidance on local activities.

I couldn't figure out the TV. There was no cheat sheet to help and something was set incorrectly on the TV so it wasn't accessing the satellite. I hate to bother the front desk staff with this kind of trivial thing, but I did and he helped. A cheat sheet in the room would have been faster and easier. Minor issue overall though.

The room was comfortable. The sheets were clean and the Hot Tub was not crowded

The door to the bathroom had a hole in it, as if someone had punched it. The hot tub jets were not all working - so it was hard to get a good pressure location on both the back and legs The tub did not drain quickly I would have liked frozen burritos, frozen breakfast sandwiches or something with eggs in them - so there was something other than bread or carbs. As a gluten free person. I could not eat anything that was offered.

Great location, walkable to the Silverthorne Station for Summit Stage busses to skiing. A few decent restaurants around, also walkable. The breakfast offered is fairly standard continental fare, but ample. The place is a no-frills place to crash, but clean. This was my second time staying there, and I plan to go back again.

Walls/ceilings are thin, and the noise of neighbors (including barking dogs, which are allowed) is unavoidable. The pillows are teeny and thin (though you do get four of them on a large bed), and the mattresses soggy/older. It often smells like weed around the night shift desk clerk, who looks teenage.

Staff was friendly from the moment we walked in and met our needs with packages we needed delivered to the location before our arrival. Parking was very convenient and close to the entrance.

The wifi was very slow the week we where there, however I was visiting for business so I didn’t mind too much. The hotel is a little outdated however for the location and the price I didnt mind too much.

The location is central to the skiing in Summit Co.and a short trek to Vail. All are excellent Ski areas.Good restaurants are close by as well. Relaxing Juccussi ,great housekeeping made up the Bed daily with fresh towels as needed.

A very basic continental breakfast could use more fruit choices i.e. bananas or grapes , hard boiled eggs would be nice.

Very easy to get to and great to have Bakers Brewery right across the road from hotel as we were on motorcycle and did not want to ride again to eat. Staff were friendly and pool and spa were very nice and clean. Continental breakfast always ready on time and would definitely stay here again. Good value and we stayed five nights!

The juice machine was out of order the entire time we were there and when we left. I understand things break but not everyone drinks coffee. It would have been easy to put out a pitcher of juice like you do milk for cereal until the machine is fixed.

The location. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, accessible to necessities. They have indoor pool and breakfast.

The head lamps in the room are not functioning. The TV glitches, could be the weather or just bad reception. Not everyone had a decent coffee during continental breakfast since items ran out. I know a Staff needs to refill things but maybe needs a bigger table to put everything together.

The free breakfast was a game changer! We also loved the feature of the hot tub and the size of our room. The location of the hotel was great. It is central, right in the heart of Silverthorne, with quick access to the highway which we took to neighboring towns like Breckenridge and ski resorts.

The hot tub opened at noon, it would have been nice if it was open in the morning.

Too many bright lights at night. Pool was too cold. Directions weren't as clear getting there. We were there for our anniversary...didn't get to walk anywhere. We drove to several places and that was good. Our lunch was expensive...some cheaper restaurants suggested would have been nice. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it! Thanks. Room was good, just the bright light outside our window wasn't too welcome during the night. We covered up the bright lights in the room during the night.

Better directions off freeway. We got a little lost coming.

Great place to stay within easy reach of the mountains. Good restaurants nearby as well as shopping outlets. The hotel itself was quiet and clean with plenty of space in the rooms. Great to have breakfast included.

My only comment would be about the amount of single-use plastic at breakfast (plates, cups, cutlery etc). I don't think it would be too much to have items that could be dishwashed as none of the items were recycled and it did make me feel a little guilty!
