The location to sit outside and enjoy the view. Great Parking in the Spring or summer however we would not stay here in the Winter no covered parking. Nice and friendly shuttle drivers.

We called on our way to the place and the concierge was pretty rude and not selling us on eating there and in fact told us to go elsewhere for a better meal. Also the next day same concierge came into bar and asked us if we wanted to listen to a presentation and he would give us free stuff. We said no as we already own two timeshares there and he rolled his eyes and said ya ya whatever. Everyone has bad days but He would not be my first choice as the greeter for your business.

The staff was excellent! So kind and accommodating. There was a loud fan noise and it was fixed immediately. They even offered to switch our room and brought keys to us. The front desk brought our new keys within 5 minutes but we didn't need them, because the issue has been resolved. The bathtub was luxurious and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Our private patio was clean and comfortable.

There were a couple fixes but when we told the front desk at check out she wrote it down to make sure she remembered to have them fixed.

I absolutely LOVED everything about our stay! The room was even better than we expected and had amazing views full of snow! The staff was very helpful in anyway possible when needed. The kids pool/outdoor pool was so much fun as we were swimming in warm water and it was snowing it was simply beautiful. We really loved the full kitchen the room included and beautiful spacious restroom! We stayed for a week (family of 4, 2 kids) and it was all perfect for our stay we had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I definitely reccomend and will also be returning!

beautiful property. our family loved all of the amenities from the game room to the fitness room and pool. the inside lobby was very clean. the rooms were spotless. the kitchen came fully stocked with dishes and cookware which we really appreciated. washer and dryer in our room was super convenient. pool had complimentary towels and was the perfect size inside and out. great view of the mountains.

our only complaint was trying to connect our smartphone to the tv cast. but not a huge deal.

We loved the atmosphere and all the amenities. It was very family friendly 😊

For the price paid, we did not like the late check in time and the early check out. At least an hour difference would be nice. Not having some kind of complimentary breakfast. On the first day we tried to go down at 7:00 and get coffee and no one was there. The second day I stood there for 10 minutes and noticed a girl sitting at the end of the bar on Facebook and finally decided to ask if she worked there. Sure enough she did, so I finally got to order coffee.

Huge apartment, very elegant furniture - absolutely beyond our expectations! Large terrace for around 10 people, 2 very spacious bedrooms, a separate TV room/studio with sofa bed, modern kitchen, table for 8 and additional seats for breakfast, 4 big TV devices and stereo, free parking, 7 mins by car from both Breckenridge and Frisco. We arrived after 9 pm from a long trip, reception staff was very friendly and nice, they also agreed on a late check out (11 am) for free. We did not try the pool (inside and outside) but looked beautiful. Also a large gym in the building. We wanted to stay longer but had already other travel plans. Surroundings look really nice also in summer. Absolutely worthy the money spent, much cheaper than other locations on the Western Coast.

There is a bar with essential food for breakfast/snacking during the day, but closed in the evening.

Very nice hotel, which seemed pretty new. We visited in June so the price was very good for a 4 bed apartment. Facilities (gym, swimming pool, bar/games area) were all excellent. The amenities in the apartment were all graet too, with a fully equiped kitchen and a comfy sofa bed.

There was only a lift at one end of the building which meant walking to full length of the building twice when taking luggage from the car park. Not a major problem.

We had a really relaxing stay at the Vacation Club. The place itself was great with a really nice pool and some nice free facilities that our children really enjoyed including a pool table, shuffle board, frisbee golf and Mario kart. We also loved the towns free bus service which picked up from right outside the front door every 30 minutes.

The rooms are very nicely furnished, the staff is very helpful, the pools and hot tubs are great. Private bedroom in the suite is a nice benefit, especially if you are on vacation with kids. Rooms have a nice balcony with seating area and mountain views. It's not in town, but is convenient/close to town and has a shuttle to take tou to town.

There is no included breakfast at this location and the restaurant/bar on site only has a very limited bar food menu. They do have a shuttle that will take you into town to find a place to eat, and you will need to take the shuttle, since parking in town is at a premium. You have to reserve the shuttle ahead of time at the front desk, so you will have to plan ahead. Overall the service is great, so these were minor issues, nothing major.

The room facilities were very good and excellent quality especially all of the kitchen and laundry amenities. the room was very clean and spacious for the price. It felt private with barely any transferred noise form other rooms staff on reception were helpful and friendly. I would recommend people to stay at this hotel

Only thing was building work being carried out outside out room patio from an aesthetic point of view but noise was not an issue during our 1 night stay. Better than looking at the car park.
