The room was great. Location is meh.

The hotel was being redone and to get to my room I had to navigate between carpenters and wall papering. This was very noisy on a Sunday afternoon And the chemicals in the wallpaper glue triggered my asthma. Work people were there until 6.

Rooms were newly remodeled and clean. The manager and receptionist were very kind and helpful in getting our room ready for us as soon as possible.

The construction in the Lobby and by the elevators was a mess. We arrived and stayed two days and I know it was the middle of the tiling. I am sure it is better now.

Both breakfasts we had were excellent. I appreciated the variety and not having the same meal both mornings.

I wanted to get out a vacuum and clean the floors!! I know there was construction but.......we moved a chair and it was dirty underneath the chair.

Thank you for offering an actual breakfast. So many places have only prepackaged pastries, or granola bars. This Hampton Inn had a lovely hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, potatoes, as well as pastries and yogurt, cereal, etc.

My Amtrak arrival was delayed two hours and I lost my voice. Lacee the front desk person called me to make sure all was ok. I appreciated her concern.

The staff were all great!! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were wonderful!! Great customer service!!! They lady that checked us in was so patience with us even when we returned wanting to change the card that was used upon check-in. Housekeepers was amazing!! Every single housekeeper we came into contact with greeted us.

We liked the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day in the car. Guest laundry on site and cheap to use. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice!

Thought it was a bit pricey relative to other times we've stayed there. Seemed like there were still challenges with staffing.

Breakfast was good but seemed like less choices compared to other Hampton Inns...could be the location. Wish Hampton Inns would figure out using recyclable items in the food area. TOO MUCH WASTE.

This location is totally different than the one in Guymon, OK. The staff at LaJuanta is professional, and always keeps hot coffee and cookies available. Just the opposite of the Guymon location..
