Very clean, very quiet. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Good (typical) breakfast - hot items, pastries, fruit & yogurt. Perfect for a good night’s sleep on a cross-country road trip with my family. We actually stayed here on our way out west, and again when we were eastbound headed home. Convenient location, right off I-70. Had a quick dinner at the 24 hr IHOP right across the street with very friendly service. Several fast-food choices in the immediate area, and a few sit-down options.

I thought it might be worth mentioning that this is a very pet-friendly hotel. All the pups we encountered were well-behaved and we didn’t hear any barking, and all the common areas were very clean. Personally, this was not an issue at all - we are dog people with no allergies!

Very comfortable bed. Was very clean both bedroom and bathroom. Room and bathroom smelled clean. Good TV channels for my son to watch. The front desk staff and breakfast attendant were both friendly and helpful, and they knew how to perform their own job. They did their job pleasantly and not grumpily like some from other hotels on this trip. The desk attendant told us where to park to be closest to our room. Carts were available for taking up our luggage.

The lights were too far away from the bed. Had to get out of bed to turn it off.Maybe cheese eggs. The same generic scrambled eggs get old after a couple of days of travel.

The property was great & seemed almost brand new. The pool was great & breakfast was nice. The front desk staff at both check-in and check-out were professional, but not friendly or nice (necessarily), but there was a gentleman cleaning the rooms that spoke to us & was very nice & friendly. We only stayed one night, but the beds & room were more than adequate.

Our absolute only complaint was the staff at the front desk. And even then, they did their job, they just were not friendly or very nice. It just would have been nicer to have someone that would smile & converse a little. However, they got the job done and we're professional.

Appears recently updated, spotless, and everything worked: TV and remote, iron, hairdryer, thermostat, refrigerator, ice machine, lamps and lighting. Also they properly keyed my room key to give me access for the full three days of my stay until I checked out. Many times on multi day stays I get locked out after the first night and have to take the key back to the front desk. As someone who used to travel regularly for business, almost always something was not working. No stains on carpet, looked well maintained and/or new. TV had many more working channels than typical and remote worked well. Loved that instead of glasses and/or mugs they have individually wrapped styrofoam or plastic cups for hot or cold drinks so I’m comfortable using those vs the glasses that who knows how they clean them. It was quiet, breakfast was decent, plenty of towels were provided without having to request additional. Loved that they had thoughtfully provided red arrows pointing to the light switches which would otherwise would have been difficult to locate ( small black round switches next to bed and near TV). Loved the walk-in shower vs shower-over-tub configuration.

Really nothing other than my pet peeve for virtually all hotel rooms other than the bathroom, which is that the lighting is insufficient even if every light is on. All the lights worked but the rooms seem dark regardless. This is across the board in most hotels though in my experience.

The room was the best part of our stay. For breakfast, the donuts, danish and yogurt were only good options.

The breakfast was just okay. The eggs looked crumbly, and the biscuits and gravy were a little watery. There was only white bread, no bagels or english muffins. There were also no good tea options either. Lipton tea is awful and should not be served. When checking in, the attendant ignored me and checked in other customers that arrived after me.

The dove body wash and soap made it an extra touch compared to other hotels and lodging and made for good sleep .the main reason I'd come back and ise this as my stop half way from ark to Utah. The breakfast lady was friendly caring and outstanding and the beds comfortable super clean. My only complaint my room in the way back home the cable TV connection keep disconnecting and manager came the forst time after that it took me 2hrs to try to get it working after q0 hr drove was too tired to deal with it. But cost breakfast and person couch and cleanliness makes this hotel 10 rating Def will be back have used it on my way and back this trip and two yrs ago also qheb I drove thru .highly recommend

The tv in my rental in my way home wasn't on the manager came first time but theb it went down again it has cable connections in room 224 .

The location was just what we needed and easy to find. The room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast gave plenty of variety and good food.

It seems to be the norm, but a room booked for 3 adults with only towels etc. setup for 2 is inconvenient. Requires a trip to the desk for an extra set. I can understand the difficulty of either over stocking a room or running an extra set to the room last minute, but might I suggest that offering the extra set at check-in would be convenient for all. Finally, I know it is a common problem to watch for in this part of the country, but we found ants in the carpeting in the morning. Surprising because the room was very clean and fresh.

The room was super comfy and nice.

Not really the staff's or hotels fault, but the herd of children playing what sounded like bowling kept me up for most of the night (and I sleep with earplugs). I hated to be *that* person, but I was exhausted after 8 hours of driving, so I called the front desk person and she was super nice and said she'd take care of it and it stopped... But I woke eeeaaarrlly to the same child sounds from hell. I'd love to know what the hell they were doing and what drug they were on, bc I could use it for my next section of driving. Lesson learned... I'll request a top floor room next time away from devil children.

This was my main concern. I was never communicated that breakfast closes at 9:00am Especially for a person checking in around midnight that should be explained.we came down for breakfast and we were told kitchen was closed 9:15AM estimably. We were offered oranges and bananas and tea.

There was a fridge in a room but no water bottles (and I’m asking about classic 2 bottle's. I called front desk and told there’s a fountain downstairs. I went down there small disposable cups (typical fountain set up). Beautiful hotel, clean rooms and everything but I guess you focus more on cutting costs, it may affect your reputation.

The entire hotel was very clean, updated, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillow, bathroom very clean and well stocked. Good choices for breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Price was very reasonable and cheaper than many in that area. Would absolutely stay here again

The only thing that I didn’t care for were the eggs and sausage. They were undercooked but there were other things to eat.
